A wonderful resort with Pools,Beach,Spa,Gym, Live Music, DJ etc. Everything it’s perfect starting from the front desk. This place is worth visiting. 😍

This place really lives up to its 5 stars. Its a marvel just to look at. Spending time with my friends here was the best decision. The beach is close to the hotel which is good. Loved the food, the pools and the aquapark, the staff is really polite and will definitely come back again next summer!!😍

Do not go to this hotel! The worst experience ever! Let alone the fact that i was only notified upon check in, that the hotel was not ready and open for guests, but also they were constantly refusing to refund me, by coming up with the same excuses that they were working on it for 2 months. They were not working on it, they were deliberately delaying to give me back my money, if not to say that they wouldn't refund me at all. I was only refunded by booking, after 2 months of effortlessly sending emails, messages & phone calls to the hotel staff.

Hotel is een echte afrader. Eten is werkelijk van erbarmelijke kwaliteit. Op het ontbijtbuffet liggen restanten van het dinerbuffet van de avond ervoor. Elke dag krijg je hetzelfde gepresenteerd. Het is smaakloos, soms zelfs over datum en veel te weinig/klein. Bijkomend is de drank surplus bij het avondeten en een wijtje kost maar liefst 9€! Duurder dan in België.. schandalig. Ook over de hyghienz zijn we ontevreden. De toiletten aan het zwembad waren werkelijk ranzig. De poetsvrouwen stonden er bij en keken er naar. Ondanks dat de wc bril vol uitwerpselen hing, er geen wc papier was en overal insecten hingen. Maar ook de lift wordt niet gepoetst, de vloer aan het buffet plakte, … heel vies! Over de beleefdheid van de het personeel kunnen we niet klagen. Die jongens doen hun uiterste best en staan steeds tot uw dienst. De zwembaden zijn ook tof MAAR er komen vaak dj’s draaien en je vertoeft precies in een discotheek. De muziek staat veel te hard. Eén middagdutje met de kids zit er dan ook niet in. Bijkomend is de drank er ook BELACHELIJK duur. Kortom: boek hier nooit en zoek iets dat prijs kwaliteit goed zit. Dit hotel is echt een scam sans pur!

There is only one reason to stay here - you have kids and they want to spend the day at the water park. We had rooms that cost approx 150€ a night that included access to the waterpark. The rooms were ground floor and two walls of glass faced the street i.e we needed to draw the curtains for privacy. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was good. Shampoo and soap bar were the only amenities. What we thought was quite shocking was the food. We had breakfast included, but the breakfast buffet was of poor quality. There was cooked and continental fare, but all of modest quality. Powder coffee machine was broken and filter coffee was extra. The dinner buffet was 23€ a person which in Albania is incredibly expensive. Furthermore the food looked very basic and "fast food" quality. We certainly did not eat at the hotel had a family meal for four people at a restaurant 15 min walk away that cost less than 30€ for all of us. Staff at the hotel were polite and correct - Couple of wierd things: 1. when you check in they will want to keep at least one passport at the checkin desk (only place in Albania that did that to us) and 2. when you call the lobby from your room, they picked up, said hi, hung up, and then proceeded to come over to the room to speak directly to us. The water resort was fund for the kids. One only needs a day there as there are only a handful of slides, but the main pool is big and nice. The drinks at the pool bar are very expensive (2 beers cost 13€) but the Olivia restaurant (at the back of the park) has food and drink at more normal prices.

Be aware, to start with they have disabled google reviews, and I wonder why.. nice hotel but apart from that very rude customer service very overpriced the third bed that I was charged the same as the normal one was no close to been a bed, so sleep was awful.. 220€ for room these guys think they are in Miami not Velipoje... don't give these people the money they don't deserve
