"Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per una sola notte, sono pienamente soddisfatta, la camera era ampia pulita superaccessoriata con tv, climatizzatore e kit completo per un te caldo, con un piccolo balcone che dava sulla piscina, a pochi passi a piedi c'e' l' accesso privato al mare dove ci sono lettini, ombrelloni, teli e fanghi messi a disposizione dell' hotel per i clienti ,si puo' inoltre usufruire delle varie piscine all' interno del complesso e' stata un ottima scelta per una breve pausa durante il mio viaggio in Giordania."

"The hotel is located with a beautiful view of the Dead Sea from the east, in a very quiet area, you are faced on the opposite side with the mountains of Palestine, the hotel services are excellent, and it has staff who speak different languages and are from different countries, the breakfast is a good Middle Eastern breakfast with seating overlooking the sea. Dinner with evening parties in more than one option such as the Lebanese restaurant and special seating overlooking the pools and the sea, popular national songs and English songs presented by a team of girls with shots of oriental dancing, but the most beautiful thing in the morning after breakfast is going down to the sea and swimming,"

"Aggressive sales staff 😂 The hotel staffs act like the salesman instead of a service provider , from selling the ocean view room , dinner package and spa. You can’t really feel welcoming from them. The hotel is big enough , you may find many pools there. The room is old and the amenity looks cheap. It’s not really worth to pay more the upgrade."

"The pool, the beach, and the sunset view of the Dead Sea were all great. Especially, the dinner included in the dining package was excellent. However, the service at the reception and restaurant was really disappointing. When checking in, I checked if dinner was included in the dining package, but the reception said that dinner was not included in my reservation. I asked again, but they didn't check properly and firmly said that it was not included. I went to the room and confirmed that dinner was included in my reservation, and when I asked the reception again, another staff member confirmed that it was included. So, did the first staff member not even check? And I went to the restaurant that the reception told me about, but the door was locked. I went back to the reception and they told me that the restaurant door was locked, so they told me to go to another restaurant next door. Dinner was served at that restaurant. I wonder if there is some kind of lack of communication between the reception and the restaurant. The dinner was very delicious, but the dessert order was wrong. I was waiting for the dessert I ordered, but the servers didn't check it properly for 30 minutes. When I asked, they just said they would check and didn't tell me what the situation was or if I had to wait any longer. After asking several times, they said the order was wrong and they had already served a different dessert, but they said they would give it to me again and gave me the dessert I ordered. Even at the pub, when I entered, no one showed me to a seat or gave me a menu, and they just left me standing. Despite the great facilities, good food, and reputation of Marriott, this was a place where the disappointing service made my trip unpleasant. I hope the service will improve."
