"Vast room with settee, table and chairs, alcove with view on the dam, fridge, huge bathroom and sockets by the bedside. Air-conditioning not working. We had to open the window and it was very hot and humid. Breakfast was varied but Chinese cuisine only. There was toast and butter but no jam. We asked reception to help us get a coach to Yibin and they suggested a very overpriced taxi. The hotel is in a street with no traffic and you cannot stop a taxi yourself so you need to ask locals to give you a decently priced (RMB 60) driver's number."

Shuifu Tongluo Resort Hotel (Tongluoba National Forest Park Branch)

"Tongluoba is really cool. The room is relatively large, two rooms, one outside has a mahjong table sofa and TV with a bathroom. There is a big bed and a small bed inside, there is a table, a bathtub, a washbasin and a bathroom. Just in the main building, eating is also convenient. The overall feeling of the hotel is to position retired elderly people to escape the heat. Personally, I don't like the mahjong table in the room. I always feel that the mahjong table is there and there are health hazards. The most unacceptable thing is to take a bath. How big is a bathtub in the room, you can stand in the bathtub to take a bath, the bathtub has a height, and it is definitely unsafe to climb up when you are old. I won’t say standing in the bathtub to take a bath. The nozzle can’t be fixed. I have to hold my hand up. The clamp on the fixed nozzle on the wall is simply superfluous. After the nozzle is put on, the sputum can spray water on the wall. I don't know what crowd this room is facing."

"الفندق جميل ويوجد به حديقة عند الباب، النظافة جيدة جداً، والقسم الرئيسي هادئ جداً ولا يتواجد على الطريق الكبير. الطاقم كان لطيفاً جداً وأيضاً استأجرنا في الصباح الباكر خصيصاً لنا وكان لطيفاً جدا! كان مرضياً جدا وكانت درجة الراحة عالية!"

"Choosing Mancheng Forest for this short trip exceeded all my expectations! The room was really spacious, and the four-piece bedding set provided by the hotel was super comfortable! It was the best night's sleep I had on the trip! The forest was also very photogenic! Most importantly, everyone at the hotel provided excellent service! There's a small shop inside the hotel with very reasonable prices 👍 When we got hungry at night, the receptionist even brought instant noodles to our room, and to make sure we didn't run out of water, she gave us four extra bottles of spring water 😭😭 Anyway, for around 500 RMB including three meals, it was totally worth it!!! The food was fresh and plentiful; they prepared three dishes and a soup for the two of us for every meal! There was so much to experience; one day wasn't enough 😭 In short, Mancheng! I'll definitely come back next time!"
