Front desk, I understand that there are many guests during the May Day holiday, especially on May 3rd, but the service attitude is really bad (generally referring to the standardization of service). The front desk asked me to wait in line because the room was not cleaned up, and they called to notify me, but they didn't call me. I had to call to tell me that there was a room? I went to breakfast early at 6:32 to the door, and it was still locked, but the meal was open at 6:30 and should be done before this time. The guy who made rice noodles was also very tough. I went to Xiong'an for a business trip for the first time and chose this apartment hotel! I have to say that the price is super good, the price is affordable, the indoor configuration is complete, and the disposable items are all available! Not worse than chain hotels! It is also convenient to go out and eat. Recommended! I will often choose this one in the future!

GGuest UserThe service is absolutely enthusiastic. There will be service staff to help with the suitcases when you get off the door. The front desk service is enthusiastic. There were some minor problems when checking in the room. During the waiting period, drinks and biscuits were given. The room was clean and tidy, and the supplies were complete. Every time I entered and exited the hotel, all services were provided. Everyone will greet you warmly. I must give Jack a thumbs up here. I forgot a piece of clothing in the room when I checked out. I called Jack to quickly find it and send it to me by express delivery. The matter was resolved within 5 minutes. Such efficiency and execution 👍👍👍, and it was also delivered. It’s a small gift, I’m very happy and looking forward to my next voco trip.

Location: In the country park, super close to the Vibrant Town, but a little far from the entrance of the country park and Xinma Zoo.
Room: The room is relatively large, the double bed room is more expensive than the twin room, the terrace is good, and the necessary facilities are basically there. There are 4 bottles of mineral water, which is very good.
Others: There is no gym or swimming pool, but most of the people who live here want to go out and play, so it basically doesn't matter. The breakfast was average. I paid extra to book a room with breakfast, but it didn't feel like it was worth it.
The vending machine at the door is very affordable and the rice dumplings inside are delicious.
Overall it is worth living and the price/performance ratio is relatively high.

When I checked in, I called in advance to ask about the parking problem, and helped us report the license plate and drove directly to the hotel. The younger brother and sister at the front desk checked in very quickly.
