North Jakarta Hotels with Airport Shuttle

For family with elderly and young children, location is not ideal but it's not that bad if it's just for adults. Even though it's a non-smoking room, when we checked in, the smoke smell is quite strong. Issue is with the guests before, not the hotel. Overall a good stay and will stay there again. The pool is fantastic.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Mercure Hotel PIK from May 25th to May 30th, 2025, and overall, it was a mixed experience.  **Location:**   The hotel’s location is undoubtedly its strong suit. It is conveniently situated next to PIK Avenue, which offers a plethora of dining options and massage places, making it easy to explore the local area and enjoy a variety of activities. **Room:**   The room itself was generally good, but I found it to be a bit on the smaller side. The lighting in the room left quite a bit to be desired; it was rather poorly lit, which detracted from the overall ambiance. Improvement in lighting would certainly enhance the comfort level of the rooms. **Bathroom:**   One of the most concerning issues during my stay was the cleanliness of the shower area. It did not appear to be well-maintained by the housekeeping staff, and I noticed a persistent bad smell each time I stepped into the shower. This was quite disappointing and needs urgent attention from hotel management. **Amenities:**   I also found the provision of only one set of room sandals to be lacking, especially given that I was traveling with my wife. I had to call the front desk to request an additional pair, which felt a bit inconvenient. In summary, while the Mercure Hotel PIK has a fantastic location and comfortable accommodations, there are several areas that require improvement in terms of room size, lighting, cleanliness, and attention to detail regarding amenities. With some enhancements, it could provide a much better experience for guests in the future.

Check in was good. Room AC were hot. 1 room had noisy AC, although the technician tried to fix it but didn’t make much difference. I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids. The room only had 2 large towels (no hand/face towels) so I asked for extra towels for the kids but housekeeping said there were charges for extra towels. Exchanging wet towels was the other option. It was a huge minus for me. Please note that families with KIDS wash hands dozens of times a day… Breakfast menu was very standard in taste and variety. Slide was scary in my opinion. Either the slide surface or too little water, even small kids had trouble sliding down Thankfully they had face painting and balloon shaping on Sunday. That was the memorable part for the kids

very kind and warming attitude of stuff, very good pick up service at airport! the room except the bed is not very clean, so surprised of the bath room, there is the hair of someone before me , there are a lot of dust on the utensils; white paste marks on the switch;the mirror is surrounded by dust.

Great hotel when it comes to price value. Breakfast was pretty decent. Service was good. Room and facility things are functioning good as per it is. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location of hotel is in the summerancon mall, making it conveninent to do some small shopping and stuff. Great hotel !! will surely be here again if i am in kelapa gading

For that price, getting 2 rooms like this apartment is very worth the money. Good service. I had a little bad experience while swimming because there was no one to guard I took the flamingo float but a few minutes after using it the new staff came and said it was paid. Varied breakfast and other experiences are quite enjoyable

Good and convenient of your meetings are in mall of indonesia. However traffic in and out of location is bad which means hard to get drivers. Saving grace is mall downstairs. The rooms were good enough for me. Somewhat old and ti e for a refresh but the bed and the bolster was much appreciated and great.

The interior of the room is quite old and needs renovation and furniture replacement. For the delixe suite room, it's okay, the bathroom is clean, the water is good and hot, but the pillowcase has dirty spots and the interior is a bit dusty but overall it's okay. If it's renovated, it will definitely be more crowded because the facilities are also good

The hotel overall was good, breakfast also good, with egg station. as for location, it's a bit hard to find minimarket / food places around, there is Mcdonalds and Market City (Supermarket) across the street, but the pathway was separated by a river, to get there you have to walk quite far and turn around.. It will be nice if they somehow built a small bridge so people can cross the river to reach the across street.
