Hotel Mimosa

Just returned yesterday from a week half board stay at hotel mimosa. How this is only classed as 2 star baffles me!!! English buffet style breakfast...excellent!! Evening meal is 3 courses chosen from a menu with daily specials also. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels. All staff are welcoming and go out their way to serve you and make sure you enjoy your stay. Location right at top of ***** over looking the beach was great for us...close to all bars and restaurants. Plenty sun lounges around 2 pools meant you were always able to get one any time of day...no getting up at 6am put your towels out!!!! To sum up great all round hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Just returned from a wonderful time at the Mimosa hotel Everything was great, very friendly staff. Great location just over the road to the beach. Sun beds free for customers at the beach. Lots of nice restaurants close by. My room was very good,nice bathroom,no problem with the shower. Highly recommend.

Just back from a weeks stay at the Mimosa with my daughter. I last visited 25 years ago, although the resort has changed from a quiet village to a much busier resort I would say the Mimosa has kept its appeal. It was just one block with one pool and a field at the back, there are now several blocks of rooms we were in room 701 so a newer block. The room was a good size bathroom not overly large but big enough. The beds had memory foam mattresses so were super comfortable. There is a kettle, bring your own cups,spoon drinks etc. The food at the Mimosa was excellent and the jewel in the crown the wonderful staff who work very hard to make everyone welcome and keep the hotel spotless. The beach is opposite the hotel with all the usual things on offer. Sun beds are free if you buy snacks/refreshments. The sea is shallow and easy to walk into.

Another fabulous stay! Really had the best time this year thank you Sandra and Anna for making our stay incredible! We love the atmosphere in this hotel it’s perfect, lucky to get Sea view rooms which were amazing! You can Babylon but not so much you cannot sleep loved sitting on the balcony listening to the rock band playing. Rooms are basic but clean and just what you need. Two pools are lovely and now it has new sunbeds cannot fault it. The food is lovely breakfast is great and we had an evening meal which was lovely, just wish you could eat outside. The drinks are very reasonable at the bar and cocktails were lovely. This years stay was so amazing that I had booked for solo next year for two weeks before we left to come home! Just back from 11 night stay. Breakfast, good selection but hot food could be hotter. Lovely, friendly, helpful staff. Rooms basic but clean. Tip!! Ask for room at the back as the front sea view rooms face out onto Babylon Karaoke Bar, still belting them out at 3am nightly. Otherwise great location between the ***** and Canal D'Amour. The only real drawback is the shower cubicles. Corner opening to a gap of, perhaps 15 inches so a bit of squeeze for the fuller figure lady or gentleman. Every time I went in it I worried that the Fire Brigade would have to come and cut me out!! Initially was going to re-book for next year but the practical issue with the showers meant that ultimately we've booked elsewhere with a roomier bathroom and shower.

Holiday Our stay was excellent the hotel is perfectly situated steps from Sidariou-Avlioton beach and town the beds are amongst the most comfortable I have slept in , I travel around 10 times per year so that says it all the breakfast airline very good quality one thing that let it down the cooked bacon sausages eggs was cold which was a real shame
