Premier Inn London Sidcup

Good check in and room was on floor one which was perfect for reception and restaurant. Few minutes from Sidcup station.  Room was fine but toilet broke late at night and we had constant noisy water running in toilet.  Overall apart from that everything was good. Had late checkout and they Stored bags for few hours. If was to return would stay again. 

Very affordable and comfy hotel! there's a kettle with free coffee, thermoregulated room and television too! Clean bedsheets and soft pillows!

The whole place is clearly understaffed and it shows. Rooms were filthy, towels stank, water pressure in the sinks was a joke, and the air con didn’t work properly. The hotel itself is in a shocking state! Stained and scuffed walls, broken fixtures, stained carpets. Just completely neglected. Nothing felt clean or looked cared for. Breakfast? Undercooked rubbish. Honestly not worth even going down for. All the glowing reviews talking about how “clean” it is and how “lovely” the staff are? Clearly written in-house. Same copy-paste nonsense, no real guest would describe this place that way. Avoid at all costs.

A clean room, comfy bed and great shower …and near the train station That’s the positives , the entrance felt like arriving at a underground car park (would not have felt comfortable arriving on my own) we decided to eat in the restaurant as local options seemed bland ( there are some great restaurants on the high street a 15 minute walk away) The waitress appeared harassed but friendly , and requested we returned after 1930 as there were workmen arriving to eat (4 arrived) but luckily the chef agreed to serve us …the food was ok -but that’s as far as we’d go Room wise -apart from a plug socket not working we were surprised there was no extractor fan in the bathroom and we didn’t sleep well as the window was sealed (for our comfort ?!) In the morning tables were left uncleared and there was a weak continental breakfast selection

The staff here are always very helpful polite and genuinely nice. This is our 4th stay here and the first time we have been disappointed with our room. Remote control for the TV was held together with tape and the bathroom was looking like it needed a good clean and some repairs which was very disappointing. We had stayed in the premier Inn in Edinburgh had had a fantastic experience
