The best customer service ever in Turkey. And Ive been there many times. Special thanks to Gurkan in reception 😍 . You really made us feel welcome ❤️. And also Kayra, always smile on your face😊. Good food, nice peacefull beach with all inc. And no animation in April and that was a good thing! We had a super holiday. Thankyou❤️!

This is a very friendly Hotel,all the staff r very helpful.just one small pool,only a short bus ride 2 beach,provided by the Hotel.10 mins walk 2 local market & centre of Side.Food in Hotel &beach is ok ,but not great,there is no Lobby Bar,Pool Bar is the only place u can get a drink day or night,very limited kinds of spirits,but the beer is ok,no entertainment in the evenings,very quiet when I was there.But I enjoyed my stay,maybe not so good for a family holiday.

Side Lowe has to be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Come here if you want to lose weight!!!!!!!The food was terrible and next to inedible, ended up having to eat out most days otherwise I would have had to live off a few chips a day and rotten grapes. The only snacks available is stale cake which is left out in the sun. The drinks are either worse, the “cocktails” are like a child’s potion and the branded drinks (Pepsi etc) are al lukewarm warm which is barely refreshing in 30+ heat. No drinks are served from the bar until 10 so you can either drink water or watery juice, no fresh juices. Then once the bar opens only one person is working on it to serve the whole hotel???? The bar at the beach isn’t too bad as you can buy branded drinks in a bottle. No ice pops or ice cream in the hotel. The pool is a nice size for the hotel however not very suitable for children. The pool is not cold and rather like a jacuzzi. Many couples behaving very inappropriately in the pool. No pool games or Zumba. Many sick and diseased animals in the area. Vomitting dogs and dribbling cats laced with fleas and worms. The Hotel rooms are very cramped and stuffy, aircon and the Tv didn’t work. When we arrived the beds had no bedding which we enquired about and was told its normal to sleep with no bedding which at this time of year. We then had to sleep on beach towels for hygiene purposes. The shower head popped off and water boarded my daughter. The fridges are also warm so I wouldn’t bother putting anything in them. Now onto the hotel rules! The rules are very much like an army camp. The hotel manager complained about us coming back to the hotel at midnight after having a night out in side, I was not aware the hotel had a curfew and we was told that if we did this again we wouldn’t be let in. Also no talking in the hallways after 6pm otherwise you will be send to a Turkish Punishment Room. Being told this lead to my daughter being petrified for the rest of the holiday and it was like we were walking on egg shelves. On the day before we checked out my husband was caught at 7pm walking down the hallway however his flip flops were making too much “noise”. He was made to take them off or the police would be called and we would miss our flight. Please avoid this hotel if you want a relaxing break.
