Otel konumu itibariyle hem side antik kentine hem şehir merkezine çok yakın, bu durum görece küçük bir alana kurulu otelden dışarı çıkabilmeniz için iyi bir fırsat. Ayrıca kaliteli bir konaklama da sağlıyor. Side’nin en güzel tarafı sahili, o bakımdan otel içindeki havuz bana hitap etmiyor zaten çoğu yabancı turist ile dolu olan havuz kalabalık da. Her gün plaj için temiz havlu imkanı sağlanıyor. Çalışanlar oldukça kibar ve ilgili. Ala carte restoranlar ise çok kaliteli. Otel ile alakalı söyleyebileceğim küçük olumsuz yorumlar şunlar olabilir: 1- Restoranda içecek almak için garsonlara sipariş vermeniz gerekiyor, garsonların sayısı da epey fazla yani sipariş için geliyorlar yanınıza ancak bu durum dar alanda oldukça kalabalığa sebebiyet veriyor. Misafirlerin içeceklerini kendi de alabileceği bir sistem kurmaları yemek alanını rahatlatabilir. 2-Sahilde şemsiyeler güneşten tam koruma sağlamıyor, bu da güneşlenmekten çok güneşte yanmaya sebep oluyor, tenteler bu konuda her zaman daha iyi 3- Banyoda misafirlere özel diş macunu ya da diş fırçası konulmamış ayrıca saç kremi de yoktu (ancak şampuan ve duş jeli mevcut)

A wonderful vacation that truly makes you feel at home. The atmosphere is inviting, and the other guests are both high-quality and respectful, adding to the overall experience. We will definitely be returning. There was a minor issue at the à la carte restaurant where one staff member’s attitude was a bit off-putting, possibly because we were local or new guests. However, this was a singular incident and not reflective of the overall excellent service we received throughout our stay. The hotel’s general quality and the warmth and professionalism of the majority of the staff really stood out and made our visit special. Thank you very much for everything. We will certainly recommend this place to our friends and family. One small suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the quality of the hot and cold coffee offerings. Aside from this, the food and beverages were absolutely fantastic. We look forward to our next visit!

Very attentive service . Staff and management took time to speak to all and were extremely courteous . Food could have been hotter at mealtimes.

Just returned from an 11 night stay. Hotel is lovely, immaculately clean and maintained, great location, the food is delicious and the staff are amazing. I would like to say a special thank you to Sebastian the General Manger for putting up with us 😊 Dogan in entertainment who really made our holiday for us along with George, Ishmael and Balak. Thank you for everything. The only comment I would make is that I would not go again in April or October if you are a slightly younger guest as there are a lot of older repeat guests who have their own clique and like things their way! Having said that we did meet some lovely older people too. Would definitely return but in June, July or August.

The Barut Andiz is in a class of it's own. A friendly welcome with a drink, the quality of the food both buffet and a la carte, drinks quality. The place relaxes you in minutes and has the most amazing, attentive and friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are great (we had a swim up pool), beach area is lovely and they look after you there too with drinks, ice cream and even sandwiches. I could not recommend this place any more highly, we will definitely be going back!

Wat moet je over dit hotel zeggen,ik zag al vanaf de aankomst in het hotel dat het heel net was,geen vingers op de ramen,prachtig meubilair,super vriendelijk,drankje onmiddelijk,kortom een perfecte check inn,als je er begint rond te lopen zie je zoveel gezellige plaatsjes om te relaxen,het is klein maar toch hebben ze er alles uitgehaald wat ze konden,gezellige dakterras,a la carte op een ander dakterras, enz,het ontbijt,middagmaal en diner niets op aan te merken(zit zelf in de voeding)geen enkele keer iets moeten vragen,wijn,water of dergelijke tijdens gans het verblijf,heel rustig om te slapen,het strand is een 100 meter van het hotel maar met ercan is dit het mooiste uit de ganse rij van verzorging,heel net,smorgens alles proper,lege vuilbakken,sigaretten weg en het strand als een biljart tafel,heel mooie ligbedden met dikke matras,en de stoelen in de morgen zijn al gedraaid richting zon,2 x per dag ijsjes,telkens rondgaan met koffie,water,frisdrank enz,kortom een beachbar heb je niet nodig(wel geen toilet aan het strand)maar je mag naar de acanthus cennet gaan op 30 meter,rustige animatie savonds,kortom een perfecte vakantie in een klein hotel.we komen zeker terug wim&isabelle Belgium

This hotel stands out as one of the best we have visited . The staff are excellent and do all they can to make your holiday memorable. The manager Savas is visible all around the hotel from breakfast to the end of the evening checking in with guests . He went above and beyond for us, booking our meal at the Cullinarium a la carte where the staff there had set up our table for a celebration of our 25 th anniversary. The food was outstanding on the menu there as well as the buffet restaurant. There are always multiple choices on offer and vary each day . The hotel is clean and maintained to an excellent standard . The pool area felt spacious and plenty of sun beds available. We visited the beach area and offered ice creams the moment we arrived . Evening entertainment was fun . The silent disco was hilarious. A singer at the sunset bar was lovely and kareoke after was fun . Our room was very comfortable and the room service each day perfect . Location is perfect , 20 minutes to walk along to the old town which was very interesting to see . I cannot find a single fault with this hotel and we will most certainly return . You can definitely see how Tui Barut Andiz wins awards . Thank you Savas for a wonderful holiday .

5th visit to this amazing place and will be booking again to come back. The food is wonderful and all the staff are so hardworking. The new manager is doing an amazing job making us all feel welcome and special. Can’t wait to be back here again and I know it’s somewhere I’ll always return to!

Just got back from a great week at the Andiz ...every hotel has a manager but this hotel manger is tops what a smashing guy he leads from the front with friendly attitude and how many steps he does in a day who knows he speaks to every guest and makes sure everything is ok which of course it is a true professional .Although the weather was bad we had a super holiday the quality of the food and drinks were superb and special thanks to our friend Nurettin the a la carte captain the nicest guy you will ever meet a real asset to this hotel everyday you made us feel special and laugh and smile .Ismail the quietly spoken pool bar what a lovely guy your glass is not empty for long ! . We will be back later this year already looking at dates . There is a hotel called the Side Star but folks this hotel is the real star of Side !

Wir wurden bis zu unserem heutigen Abreisetag von allen im Hotel mit einem sehr guten Service bewirtet. Alle Servicekräfte vom Manager angefangen über die Angestellten an der Rezeption, in den Restaurants aber auch im Zimmerservice machten immer einen tollen, herzlichen Job und hatten immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich Ercan vom Beachservice aber auch Nurettin aus dem Culinarium Restaurant. Hier aber auch am Strand haben wir uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Dafür unseren herzlichsten Dank. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

This was our second time here and we will be back in October for two weeks.This is by far the best hotel we have stayed in staff,food,cleanliness, management, activities,entertainment and TUI reps. We have been all over the world and we have stayed in some superb hotels but this is number one for us now. We had a fabulous time weather was good and we met some lovely people,whom I’m sure we will see again. Savas you have a gem of a hotel with great staff whom went out of their way for everyone, it’s nice to be part of the Barut Andiz family!!!!! See you all in October cannot wait .
