Ужасный опыт. Никому не советую! Забронировали номер заранее, оплатили 100% стоимости, получили подтверждение — всё официально. По приезду оказалось, что нашего номера нет, и нас просто поставили перед фактом: “мест нет, заселим в то, что осталось”. Это при полной предоплате! Никаких извинений, никакой компенсации — просто наглое отношение, как будто это наша вина. На ресепшене — полный бардак, персонал откровенно хамит, никакой ответственности за свои ошибки не несут. Создается ощущение, что номера перепродают несколько раз, рассчитывая, что часть гостей не приедет. А если приедете — ваши проблемы. Это мошенничество, а не гостиничный сервис. Категорически не рекомендую это место. Сохраните свои деньги и нервы — держитесь подальше от этой “гостиницы”.

Absolutely the best holiday we have had in a long time. Just back from 9 nights at the fabulous Crystal Sunset Luxury Resort and Spa and it truly was fantastic. From the second we walked through the doors to the minute we left the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Our room was beautiful, Standard Double Pool View, with unbelievable comfortable beds!! I wanted to bring the mattress home with me! Lots of extras in the room, sewing kits, toiletries, toothbrushes, tooth paste, loofas, slippers, dressing gowns, shoe horn, shoe polish. tea and coffee and a fully stocked mini bar which is topped up daily. My only complaint and it's not even a complaint really, more a wee niggle, in the room was that there wasn't really enough storage for 3 peoples things. Only 1 wardrobe, 3 bedside tables with 2 drawers in each, 1 small cupboard with a drawer above and 2 very small drawers under the TV. Although there were 4 wardrobe doors, 2 of them were wardrobe with the safe in it, and 2 of them were a shelving unit of shelves about 3 inches deep (obviously the back of the wardrobe from next door) which were next to useless for anything other than toiletry bottles and pretty pointless to be honest, but we felt the room could've done with a little more storage. The hotel is spotless with staff walking round all day clearing away glasses and emptying bins and the food is delicious. I had seen a few reviews about meals being cold but I have to say that is probably more to do with the air conditioning as the food was served piping hot, in the snack bars, we needed serviettes to carry the plates to our table. There was plenty of variety for all meals, plenty of choice for fussy eaters too. The pool is fantastic, large, very clean and lovely temperature. The water slides were brilliant, great slides (1 out of order though) but be forewarned that only children 7 and older can ride the big ones with a waiver signed by the parents. Comfortable sunbeds, there were plenty for all and although there were some of the usual towels out at 6am, there was plenty to go round if you aren't bothered about being right on the poolside. We never once struggled to get a bed, even in the height of the day. However, we did witness people putting stuff down at 6am and not coming down till 4pm in the afternoon, that is something that the hotel should look to irradicate. By all means pop your towel down and go to breakfast but to reserve and not turn up for 8 hours is selfish, rude, and does not reflect well on how the hotel is run. Entertainment was plentiful and excellent, with evening parties over by the Harbour bar and full on production shows in the amphitheatre, as well as bands on the Harbour stage, absolutely something for everyone. Daytime was always busy with petanque, darts, volleyball, keep fit in the pool, yoga on the stage and much more. I stay here 7days its great hotel, room is clean, food delish, all in inclusive, staff humblw but some staff they didn't speak english. Indonesian staff polite, helpfull. I will comeback next years.. xx
