酒店服務非常及時，自助早餐很豐盛，傍晚外出遊玩歸來泳池裡游泳，泳池邊納涼很舒適。衹是酒店設施比較陳舊，疫情過後可以考慮更新。

柬埔寨五星酒店設備齊全，只是房間wifi較差，早餐算豐富，市區交通方便，斜對面是文化村和大型摩天輪，但行路需10多分鐘才有較好餐廳。

這家酒店差到什麼程度呢：1.我們是因為在攜程定點另一家酒店已經停業了，被攜程安排到這裏的，當然網上有空房，結果顯示預訂成功後，到酒店等待1個小時後才能入住，説是系統查不到；2.按照他們要求的填寫單子洗衣服，寫着3.15美元一條褲子，第二天完成。結果第二天晚上也沒有送到，找前台後，第二天去洗衣服取回來，跟我講要5美元，而且衣服洗的很不乾淨，無語；3.在餐廳吃個飯，20美元的牛排沒有寫上額外服務費和税也就算了，用了1個小時，去買的牛肉現做的嗎？最差的是，這是牛排嗎？分明就是牛蹄筋，切不動咬不爛，直接要掀桌子。還有很多差評，不一一列舉了，總之不要去。

I am a Chinese tourist who went to Siem Reap for the Songkran Festival. This is the first time that it is so bad. The superior room with more than 500 RMB does not have a hot water bottle. I can’t even eat instant noodles. Generally, there are two bottles of mineral water in the room. You have to wait for the waiter. The room will be cleaned for you the next day! There are grains on the quilt, as if the sand does not look clean, I will not stay in this hotel for the second time, and this hotel is not considered a four-star hotel! ! !

This hotel has so much going for it. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap and so allows for a great place to relax after busy days in the temples etc, but only a short tuk tuk ride away from Pub St and the busyness of the main town. We stayed during low season and the hotel was very quiet. This added to its attraction as we were totally spoiled by the wonderful team and treated like family. Any help we required such as phone chargers etc were given to us promptly. The rooms were quite big and we enjoyed the space we had. I’d be interested to see what the villas were like in a future visit. The cocktails were generous, the food tasty.

L'hôtel a du charme, un personnel nombreux et très attentif mais son éloignement du centre-ville le pénalise. Le petit déjeuner est bon et varié mais le restaurant a une carte courte et sans originalité, d'ailleurs peu de monde l'utilise malgré l'absence de solution alternative à proximité. Par ailleurs de légers désagréments peuvent survenir (absence prolongée d'eau dans la bonbonne du palier, brèves coupures de l'accès internet, obligation de demander à ce que la chambre soit faite bien qu'ayant laissé la clé à la réception...). Son prix le rend cependant attractif mais il me semble plus réservé aux nostalgiques d'un temps révolu qu'à des voyageurs soucieux de plonger dans le quotidien d'un pays lointain.

The room I stayed in was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect sanctuary after a long day of exploring the city. Hôtel excentré du centre de Siem Reap. Accueil agréable, très belle et grande piscine, salle de fitness vieillissante, bon bar avec d'excellents cocktails. Chambre propre, spacieuse et bien insonorisée, climatisation bruyante en revanche. Bureau et espaces de rangement. Literie confortable. Salle de bain avec baignoire jacuzzi . PdJ très satisfaisant. Je recommande vivement.

This hotel was very tired and clearly lacked staff and any money spent on it for some time. There were lots of dead bugs where they clearly had fumigated but then didn’t sweep up. The lighting in the hotel was very dull and the carpets were in bed of a good hoover but actually need to be replaced as thread bear. We had two power failures during the night which woke us up. The service was not good at all. Had to mention that our room safe didn’t work but repeatedly had to ask for this to be looked at. The breakfast was poor with very little choice and when food ran out it was not replenished. I didn’t see the pool water tested at all during our stay but I could have missed this of course. I would definitely think twice about staying at this hotel.

Specious accommodations and the service is good. Location is convenient. Breakfast is nice too. If you are seeking a luxurious retreat that seamlessly combines cultural heritage with modern comforts, the Royal Angkor Resort & Spa stands out as an excellent choice in Siem Reap.

Posto sicuramente di alta qualità. La posizione non è centralissima ma con 2/3€ di Tuk Tuk raggiungi e torni da ovunque. Personale gentilissimo (come in tutta la Cambogia) e camere ampie e pulite. ColaIone internazionale salata ottima, quella dolce un po’ poco fornita anche se quel poco che c’era era molto buono. La pecca che mi sento di segnalare è che risulta essere un po’ datato (anche se comunque molto di alto livello sia nell’arredo che nel servizio). Ottima la SPA interna!

The Royal Angkor was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay. All the employees were fantastic and went out of their way to help. Rooms were clean, the pool incredible, transportation easy, just a great stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Angkor Wat
