酒店真的是垃圾，我一個朋友沒帶護照，居然聯合當地的警察局來敲詐中國人，太可怕了，千萬不要去這家酒店，坑死你沒道理，且無處申冤

Great location, very helpful concierge, we loved our room (spacious and well appointed).

房間很差很小，空調在頭頂都給我吹感冒了，衞生間還不漏水，定好的早餐説我們沒有早餐，700多的房間太差了，住一晚上就換了，這個房間最多值200多，失望透頂。

Must be a great hotel at its prime. It showed its age. Most disappointing was the lack of basic good services. the booking was for a double beds room. There was no room with double beds so another room was offered at checking initially free of charge but after another about an hour I received a call in the room and was told i had to pay for 2 rooms. After further discussion the management offered to add another bed but had to wait for another hour which would be passed 10 PM night. Passing my sleep time! because there was no staff to check the booking and got the room ready, then because there was only receptionist available and had to bring extra staff back to add bed! Online booking still showed room double bed available after 10:30 PM. There were unoccupied rooms. Just cost them extra for electricity and changes of towels and sheets. Rather losing the good wills and got a poor review.

設施設備一般，沒有看出是五星級標準，不過衞生條件和服務態度很好。還可以吧，也給予一定的好評。

When we booked this we were never told the pool was under construction. One of the only reasons we booked was because of the pool since we have small children. We should have been informed of this information! Of course they still charged use full price and we can’t cancel it. It’s to bad because our room is very nice.

The rooms were very nice and the staff were amazing. I wanted breakfast in the morning before tours and they helped get it delivered. They need to update amenities according to what is currently available. That was the only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars.

最初の部屋のエアコンが不調でしたが、すぐにルームチェンジしてくれました。部屋や施設は清潔です。周辺は少し寂しく、ナイトライフを楽しみたい方は、もう少し街の中心に近くホテルの方が良いかもしれません。

Sulla pagina Booking di questa struttura e’ scritto per ben due volte che offrono il servizio di navetta gratuito per l’aeroporto. E’ addirittura specificato che verrà chiesto un extra di $15 se il vostro aereo atterra di notte. Prenotiamo una camera e mandiamo all’hotel un messaggio con i dettagli dei nostri voli, rispondono chiedendo $70 in più per lo shuttle. Stupita faccio presente che il servizio dovrebbe essere gratuito, invio anche uno screenshot della loro pagina dove si legge chiaramente “navetta per e da l’aeroporto gratuita”. Rispondono dicendo che nella mia prenotazione non è specificato (??). Pensando che si possa trattare di un errore di Booking, controllo i sevizi di questo hotel su Tripadvisor e su un altro sito di prenotazioni: in entrambi l’hotel dichiara di offrire gratuitamente lo shuttle per l’aeroporto! Chiamo quindi il servizio clienti Booking e per ben due volte gli operatori mi confermano che la mia pretesa è più che fondata, oltretutto mi spiegano che nel documento inviato da Booking alla struttura per confermare la mia prenotazione, tra l’elenco dei servizi e’ specificato “navetta per l’aeroporto gratuita”. Nonostante l’intervento di Booking l’hotel continua a chiedere soldi in più. Ovviamente ho appena cancellato la prenotazione ma ritengo questo comportamento indegno di una qualsiasi struttura. Chissà quali altre richieste di soldi “extra” avremmo potuto ricevere una volta arrivati a destinazione.

This review has to be tempered with the fact that Cambodia has been hit hard by Covid and still in recovery. There are a huge amount of hotels which are empty. The hotel had no idea we were arriving but there had mix up with the booking which Secret Escapes sorted out. We were the only guests for 5 nights but the hotel didn’t appear to be geared up for guests. We think the manager turned up one day but he didn’t come to talk to us. We found that there were a limited choice of food (breakfast, one lunch and one dinner included as part of the Secret Escapes package) but there was quite a lot which wasn’t available and so you got what you got! The hotel pool area was tired and hasn’t really been maintained, probably due to Covid. On a positive, the bed was very comfortable and large, the room clean and downstairs looked lovely. We couldn’t fault the lovely young staff and they worked really hard but we felt there was no management present.

This hotel is a 3 🌟 hotel, the room it was ok and the staff was very friendly, but again it is not a 5 star hotel. Hope that they will improve some things there. And be aware that it is another hotel with the some name that appears when you serch for this hotel, the difference is that this one is Nita by Vo luxury and the other one is Nita by Vo resort.

As a first time traveler to Siem Reap, Cambodia, I had an excellent time at this hotel. They offered airport pick up and drop off and provided customized customer service. For instance, Chan went out of his way multiple times to ensure l had a great experience. I told him about my interest in their spa services and he was able to book someone for me within a few hours when back from my tour as an example. Would recommend this hotel and would stay again. Also, close to the Angkor Wat temple.

We arrived on Sep. 20th and took a taxi from the airport to the hotel which was only 15 Minutes away. The new airport will open in October and is about 60 km away and it will take 1 to 1 1/2 hours The hotel is half the way between the city and Angkor Wat. The Tuk-Tuk ride to the city takes about 5 minutes and cost 2 $. In the evening on the way back it‘s 3 $. Walking takes about 45 minutes to Pub st. There was a very warm welcoming by Mr. Chan, the current manager of the hotel. Our room was huge with a Kingsize bed, fridge, the bathroom equipped with a bathtub, separat shower and separat toilet, storage space and a small balcony where you can watch the hustle and bustle on the street. The hotel has got a breakfast room, a rooftop pool on the 5th floor which was closed as we‘ve been the only guests in the hotel. The staff were brillant very friendly and very helpful. Thanks a lot for that great experience. We definitely would recommend this hotel. Please support all people of Siem Reap as they have a hard time and a lack of tourists everywhere.

元々は小さい部屋でしたがスイートルームに無料で変更してくれたり、アンコールワット以外の観光場所を詳しく知らなかったけれど、旅行プランを一緒に考えてトゥクトゥクまでチャーターしてくれました！また、飛行機の時間が少し遅い時間だったので12時のチェックアウトでは暇を持て余してしまうとこでしたが、レイトチェックアウトを無料にしてくれたりとおもてなしのサービスが素晴らしかったです。またカンボジアを訪れた際にはここに泊まりたいと思います！
