特別安靜的一個小鎮，著名的滑雪勝地，很多人專門來這個夏天登山冬天滑雪，特別適合來發呆什麼事情都不做，特別好

服務很好 食物也不錯 酒店有點老

大家一定要躲開這個奸詐的酒店！我預訂的圖一房間，結果酒店給我的是圖二、三，這個房型是攜程上最低級的房型圖四，酒店硬是讓我付了每晚120瑞郎，住進我本來就應該得到的房型。攜程不錯，把錢退給了我，但酒店就是不承認！另外，這個酒店的大床是兩個小床墊拼湊的，中間非常硌，第一晚他們騙我説沒有任何解決辦法，第二天看我要換酒店，結果又説可以給鋪一個薄的大墊子，然後對第一晚衹是抱歉，這個小鎮我住了11年，其它五星級酒店都會主動提供薄床墊，大家要躲避這個**酒店。

Hotel fabuleux avec un spa incroyable. J’ai adoré la piscine, le petit déjeuner.

We stayed for six nights (February 27 – March 5) at Ambassador Crans Montana and found it to be the perfect-sized hotel. It’s not too big to feel impersonal, yet it has enough staff to assist with every detail. The attentive team at breakfast and dinner made us feel well taken care of, and the helpful concierge was always happy to arrange our transfers to restaurants or the ski lifts. The hotel is also not too small—it offers all the ski facilities we needed, including a ski room where we could rent equipment for both skiing and snowboarding. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The nearest ski lift is just about 50 metres away, and for other ski lifts, the concierge happily arranged transport. The view of the beautiful mountains is simply breathtaking. During my stay, I visited other properties in town and concluded that Ambassador Crans Montana offers the best value for money. With its cozy atmosphere, the hotel truly made us feel at home.

Traveling on Business, would have loved to stay longer as the Experience was incredible all across the Hotel. From the check in to the Rooms, Breakfast and all other Meal experiences have been wonderful. Top Managment with wonderful colleagues looking after every need

Hôtel chaleureux idéalement situé avec une vue à couper le souffle. Les chambres sont spacieuses et agréables. La restauration est délicieuse et le service parfait! Proximité dès remontées mécaniques et possibilité de louer les skis dans l’hôtel. Je recommande !

We just came back from a whole week at the property and this is the 5th time we have now spent our main ski holiday staying there. There are many reasons why we love the place so much, these include:- - the fabulous food, breakfast is consistently exceptionally (both buffet and à la carte menu - the attention to detail: we always receive a lovely personalised welcome - our 5 year old had a special water bottle in his room with his name on it, a teddy and some other goodies - the spa is beautifully kept, everything is pristine, everything works and it never feels overly crowded - the ambiance is just what we like, not too formal but still you know you're in a 5 star property - the piano player in the evening is absolutely brilliant, the lighting in the lounges and the décor make it a very relaxing atmosphere (not to mention the incredible views) - the convenient location to the telecabine and into the main town area below but most of all, what we love about the Crans Ambassador are the people: - all of the staff are so professional, welcoming and kind - there isn't much that this concierge team won't do for you; charging your car, resrving restaurants and ski schools. They take the heavy lifting out of your holiday - we would like to extend a big thank you to Amar, Claudio, Paulo, ALexandre and Marco - the staff in the restaurant never keep you waiting, the ladies in charge of breakfast are so friendly, it's nice starting your day with such a warm welcome The culture that Mrs Marshall (often leading by example, you always see her working) has created is such that you feel that you are being welcomed into the team's "house" and they'll do anything to ensure you have a fantastic stay/visit. It just gets better each time...

Outstanding service from start to finish. Highly attentive staff from concierge and shuttle service to ski fitting, housekeeping and restaurant team, all impeccable. Enjoyed the views and amenities in the suite and super handy location for skiing, easy 5 minute walk to gondola and 10 min walk in to town. Would stay again.

Really great 3 night stay. Hotel is beautiful and a short walk or drive to all things in the village. Breakfast was a 10/10. Staff is incredibly friendly and kind. Rental shop directly inside and a shuttle that can take you to village center if you don’t feel like walking. Staff were incredibly accommodating with working out a room situation that suited myself and husband. Superior room has 3 varieties of bed sizes ranging from a full-king. Had no idea as it’s in the fine print. Front desk manager was able to sort the situation given the hotel was at nearly 100% occupancy, which was much appreciated. Again, shout out to the staff for making the stay that much more enjoyable. The bellman/drivers, breakfast staff and front desk manager were A+. If you’re looking for a wonderful stay in the mountains just steps from the mountain, I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Short, but great stay, All the services provided by the hotel staff were very professional, courteous and always with a smile. The view of the mountains from the lougne, the restaurant and the room is exceptional.

Loved the wonderful service from ski valet to all the hotel staff. The attentive service at the beautiful breakfast remembered our coffee order each morning and were so kind. One night we mixed up our dinner reservation and they booked a different restaurant and drove us over. It was an extremely pleasant stay. Super easy to catch the gondola to the mountain 200 meters away.
