The owner was arrogant and rude, immediately telling us, "If it's convenient for you, then so be it; otherwise, there you go." He told us that for every hour we were late for check-in, he'd charge an extra €20 to encourage people to "come on time." Breakfast was subpar, served in paper cups and with packaged supermarket products. In a city like Florence, there are definitely better options; choose wisely and be careful not to get ripped off!"
