En general, contento con la experiencia. El resort está ubicado en la mejor playa de Koh Rong (es espectacular). El restaurante donde se hace el desayuno (normal, pero aceptable) también ofrece comidas y cenas con un menú bastante variado. No hay nada alrededor. Si se quiere ir a la zona de ********, hace falta moto o tuktuk. Las habitaciones son cómodas y disponen de todo lo necesario. Se fue la luz un par de veces, pero pronto lo arreglaron.

Avoid at All Costs!! If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway, STAY FAR AWAY from this so-called “resort.” The owner’s only goal is clearly to squeeze as much money as possible, with zero regard for guest experience or well-being. The place is a nightmare masquerading as a luxury escape. First, the beach is not exclusive as advertised. It’s PUBLIC, constantly overcrowded, and overrun by loud groups who take over from noon until evening. There’s karaoke, private parties, and events happening right next to where you’re trying to eat or relax. Strangers walk freely through the hotel grounds and past guest rooms – zero security, zero peace. The noise is unbearable: blasting music from both the hotel bar and the hoards of young people that each bring their speakers. Complaints? Don’t bother. The management pretends to care but offers only temporary, half-hearted fixes. The staff is overwhelmed, but the real problem lies with the owner, who seems more interested in profiting off day-trippers (that don’t even buy much at the bar) than providing the “resort experience” promised to paying guests. External visitors are rude and entitled, treating the space like their personal playground. They use the loungers, cushions, and even sports equipment meant for hotel guests. They play ball right in front of you while kilometers of open beach remain unused. Meanwhile, you’re stuck tolerating this chaos because the hotel is isolated, and there are no alternatives. The pricing is an insult. What they charge for this mess is laughable. The false advertising is criminal – this is NOT a peaceful, exclusive resort. If we had known the truth, we would never have booked! Because we stayed for 8 nights, we asked for a partial refund, but wouldn’t get offered any compensation from the owner! He even told our booking platform, after we had contacted them about the matter, that we were lying!!! The owner is in Phnom Penh and has no idea what’s going on! Taking pity in our troubles, the restaurant staff invited us for dinner the last evening. Thank you for that! Do yourself a favor and book anywhere else. This place is an overpriced, mismanaged circus where the only thing the owner cares about is making money off your misery. NEVER AGAIN.

海灘非常好 海邊也有小魚 酒店餐飲和雞尾酒都不錯 唯一就是離鬧市很遠 不過也因此很安靜 承包一片沙灘 酒店工作人員英文都有待提高

Really enjoyed the stay, the beach was quiet and had a great view of the sunset. Service was great and the staff were very hospitable and kind. The rooms are basic but very clean and the bed is really comfortable and big.

Long Beach Resort is located in such a beautiful spot that you’ll never want to leave. The beach stretches for miles in either direction, the sand is pristine, and the snorkeling at the shore can be as good as elsewhere across these islands. Staff are very friendly and can help arrange anything for you. Use Facebook to contact for pickup rather than email. Wifi works fine near the restaurant, otherwise only certain SIM cards have signal. Breakfast could be better, but otherwise the restaurant food is very good. Would definitely stay again.

Best beach on the island,really breathtaking !! Very kind,helpful team who are trying their best to make your stay wonderful. However my"Deluxe"room was far from Deluxe & unfinished.Bare ciment flooring throughout which made the bedroom smell terrible all day /night after having a shower so I had to risk leaving the bedroom door open all day to make it bearable .No bedside lamp,no hairdryer,no cupboard to put your clothes away just few hangers,no safe,no internet in the room just outside but the bed is big and very comfortable and air conditioning is very good but at 85 dollars a night you are paying basically for the setting because the rooms barely make it a 3 *. They are building much more villas & the design is beautiful, I am sure once all finish, it will be a real success but at the moment you have to improve the food urgently, it is the worse I have ever had on holiday.Overall very relaxing and beautiful setting with fantastic staff,just don't eat there .The ice coffees are really nice though .
