"There are not sufficient words to describe how wonderful our stay was. Although Sihanoukville itself is a bit of an eyesore, the staff at Seabreeze make you feel so welcome and at home, that you embrace everything for what it is. The bungalow itself is not particularly big, but the proximity to the beach was definitely a plus, and being poolside with a few cocktails helped too. The staff go out of their way to attend to whatever you may need. We requested help getting a driver, and even asked the Hotel staff to fetch our COVID tests results while we were in Koh Rong. They did it all! The food was amazing, because there is such a wide variety. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"Location not very good if reception could speak English would of been better informed is beach was10 kilometres away mall was 8 kilometres breakfast was ok ordered of menu brilliant staff beside pool especially Klim hon was brilliant his English perfect one pillow given per double bed not worth the money could find something better for this amount smelt strongly of sewerage next to sewerage plant after breakfast went for a walk mall was only 850 metres about 5 minutes walk and beach was only about 14 minutes walk was very annoying as we would of gone to these the night before"
"The resort was lovely. I can see this being the perfect place for family travel. There is a small beach a short walk from the reception. Long set beach is about 15-20 minute walk away. If you land at long set beach I recommend walking to the resort because it's very difficult to find on on a motorcycle. If you do take a motorcycle make sure to arrange for someone to wait at the road to show you the way. Everything else was great."
"The hotel is located on Sok San Beach. The West Port Yacht can directly reach the beach pier (round trip 30$/person), and it takes about 5 minutes to walk to the hotel. Opposite the hotel is a clean and delicate white sand beach, and the blue water and white clouds in the sky instantly make people feel relaxed and happy. The architecture of this hotel is quite distinctive, and the hotel environment is also very good. The only shortcoming is that there are too few service staff. I waited for a long time but there was no menu to order. Every time I ran to the front desk to get the menu and order, it felt like self-service, and the price was 2-3 times higher than outside. However, this hotel is one of the best in the vicinity. In addition, the hotel can rent a motorcycle for 15$/day. This is the introduction. Overall, it is quite good and worth a visit!"
"The newly opened hotel is very comfortable, very comfortable, all the products are very fashionable, and the toiletries are all new, which is very good. Coffee is free, and the water provided in the room is also a big bottle. The switch is very personal"
"Pros:
- the most beautiful beach I've seen in my life. White sand as thin as flour. Transparent water. Fish swimming around, seashells, crabs...
- kids love it. There's almost no waves. You can walk 50m into the sea and the water just reaches your waist. Great for little kid. Our 1.5 y.o. kid loved playing in the water.
- the restaurant of the hotel serves fusion food. Delicious and not pricey. The neighboring hotel Your and Me has a restaurant that makes more traditional khmer food that is also delicious.
- the room is spacious, bright, with an incredible view. Anyway, you will spend the whole day outside.
- for 100$ you can take a boat and do fishing, snorkeling, touring the island.
- the hotel has free kayaks, paddles.
Can improve:
- the staff is very laid back. They are very nice but at the restaurant for instance, better go to the bar to order I saw people do that rather than waiting for someone to service you. Everyone seems ok with that.
Cons:
- the shower is outdoor. So washing outside trying to avoid mosquitoes is not great. One night we had a visitor, a huge spider fell on my wife while she was giving bath to our kid, it was the size of my hand. Not a great experience. But we'll this is nature. Can't fault the hotel.
- we staid at a double room the night before. And the only difference was just a few intelligent change in furniture : trash in with a lid, glass door in the restroom so natural light comes in, a bathtub that was not really useful. For these small changes the price difference is huge.
Important Note:
I learnt unfortunately that the island is infested with sand fleas. All the hotels are facing this issue. A bite is not dangerous but bothersome if you're allergic which was my case. My wife and two kids had no issue. But I was bitten on my back because there was some sand on my bedsheet and the sand fleas had a feast at night. My back itched crazy for one week. The bad thing is it seems hotels have no pharmacy. So be prepared and bring your own topical cream or cortisone cream, and antihistamine just in case. It seems I was the only one in the hotel to have this issue but googling it I found a few bloggers describing having this issue.
Note 2: there's a ferry that can bring you directly from Sihanoukville to the hotel's beach, one per day. We took the GTVC to LongSet Beach Pier, then had a taxi, 5$ per person. We did that. It was a smooth ride. The taxi was a great experience"
"Great locations if you want a calm peaceful place to stay In Sihanouk ville, there is a river near the resort so I suggest to book the room airy the river view of you want more privacy, there is a restaurant with great menu , the staff are kind and respectful, room are very clean , there is fan option and ac"

VViktoriiaweiki absolutely love this place.
Food, beach, sea, pool everything was gorgeous. Any dish and drinks from menu was so much delicious.
Staff was so friendly and helpful.
It was really the best choice for such price.
Also I liked so much that can take for free some boats and kayaks from the hotel. We really had more fun there.
Also want to mention some minuses which maybe not totally connected with the hotel but would like somebody tell me in advance about it:
1) hotel doesn’t accept all cash. At our last day we need to get some changes and hotel didn’t accept my hundred dollar because there was some red stamp on it. As for me it’s so strange but I heard it could happen in Cambodia. But next day when we moved to the Sihanouk they accept this hundred dollar easily , so I don’t understand this logic too much. But even the hotel didn’t accept that hundred they still help us with some cash as for us it was urgent to buy tickets for early morning ferry.
2) and the biggest minus it was trip which we bought from the hotel: fishing +snorkeling +sunset+plankton
Never ever buy it! Safe 20$ for anything else. The most useless half of day of my trip was there. And what make me sad it was last day in the Koh Rong. Was upset that spent last evening at this stupid way.
The tour is organized by tourist group “three brothers “ and the hotel sell it. Could be nice if they tell from beginning that this trip is a total 💩and don’t allow spoil vocation of there customers. But anyway nobody force us to buy it so can’t totally blame hotel, but…😢
So will explain why I such upset about the trip. We came to the ferry and boat brought us to another place where stay 3 boats . Than we change boat and a guy just give us that special mask for snorkeling and tell: ok go… but our boat was staying between 2 other boats so how I should go I didn’t understand. After we sitting and don’t understand anything for 10-15 min other boats left than we decided to go inside water. There was no fish !!!!!!!!! Maybe maximum 5 fishes!!!!!! We saw more in the hotel.than fishing: they didn’t teach us anything didn’t explain anything we just stop they gave us something as thing for fishing and just went to sleep. Than after one hour when one chinese girl almost start to vomiting we went to dirty dirty and over dirty long set beach for sunset. And we arrived there around 3:30-4! So should wait for sunset 2 hours!!!!! When we ask to put at least music they said: captain want to sleep… And beach was over dirty!!!! Than they start to cook some food gave some drinks, we watch sunset was beautiful ( because thanks God they can’t spoil sunset) and then we went to watch plankton. I was so exited about that and than they stop us on the middle of the nowhere and don’t tell anything. Where is plankton? Full moon no have plankton… how we know it? Why we still stay in that place 30 mint. I would like to know answers for all this questions but nobody gave me it… so was the worst time from 1:30pm to 7:30pm. If don’t Wang to spoil u day never go there!!!!

GGuest UserMy son and I spent 4 wonderful relaxing days at Long Set. The customer service at Long Set Resort was amazing. Once you get off the ferry someone is waiting to escort you to the resort which is a short walk on the board walk to the resort. From the moment we arrived until our departure staff members catered to our wants and needs. Through out our stay they checked in to make sure everything was going well. My son enjoyed his stay at Long Set, playing in the pool and on the beach.
Twice a week there is bbq on the beach at night where staff decorate the beach nicely with lights and tables. Couples can reserve a private area to dine and they receive special services.
The only cons were my room didn’t have a television and my son would have liked water slides at the pool. WiFi was steady throughout the whole resort, the food was good, and the facility was clean. I definitely would stay at Long Set Resort again.

MM-B4il3yYou&Me resort was beautiful, absolutely breathtaking. The beachfront location and the pool overlooking the sea was 5*. The service was excellent throughout our stay and we loved that the hotel offered a happy hour to their guests. The food to order was also good although I’d say the portions were slightly on the smaller side for the price you pay. They arranged a taxi service to the Koh Touch beach for $10pp (one way) which is quite expensive but given the remoteness and lack of roads / motor vehicles it is understandable. Warning - the road to reach the hotel is extremely bumpy!
Bottles of water, fresh towels and cleaning were provided in the rooms daily, which we thought was great. Breakfast buffet is also included as standard with the bungalow.
I would say this would be 5/5 stars but just a couple of things were missing during our stay that knocks it down ever so slightly.
We thought the Garden Bungalow we booked would come with a fridge, as it said online when we made the booking, and in the booklet in the room, however when we got there, there wasn’t one in the room. Also we had no WiFi reach in our room and little service, meaning we could only use our phone for internet nearer or at the reception. The WiFi was stronger by the pool and on the beach surprisingly. Maybe because we were the bungalow furthest away I’m not sure. :)
Regardless, it was an excellent stay and I would strongly recommend you book here when visiting Koh Rong.

BBoParking quite difficult due too many customers and the staffs not friendly at all. Bellboy come to pick my luggages from my car and then he drop off my luggages next to the walk way without tell me and i was looking my luggages. After checked in, they gave me the key card and not even tell me where the elevator is. This is my first time i go there, i can say that i need to find the elevator to access my room. When i comeback arrived in front hotel looking for parking, security keep standing and talk even see my car already stop in front of the hotel and they don’t tell us have space for park or not until i go asking him, do you have parking space.

MMartusiaWe had an amazing experience at this hotel and enjoyed every moment of our stay. From the very beginning, we were greeted with exceptionally warm and attentive service, which made us feel truly welcome.
The entire property is beautifully designed and well-maintained, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, offering everything we needed for a perfect stay. The beach was absolutely stunning, with soft sand and crystal-clear water—ideal for relaxation.
Breakfast was also a highlight, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from.

PPengwinOverall, the stay was amazing, even in the economy room. I believe the difference btwn economy and deluxe is that you share a wall with another room.
However, I wish the hotel provided slippers for the room. One thing to note is that the shower had no water pressure. It feels like you're standing in a light drizzle/mist. Finally, there are random power outages, but they get restored within a few seconds. It's just a bit annoying when you're taking a shower and they put you in pitch black...

WWinston1979Received a very warm welcome! Helpful Staff! Helped me book my scuba diving and my ferry ticket. The room was good and cooled! I only miss a phone and because I was sick I had to go to the restaurant myself to order my food (no room service). Menu card was not set up for vegans. Also the breakfast not. I could literally only eat fruit and potatoes for breakfast.
In the end I had a nice meal after negotiating with the Staff!
I would have liked the room with sea view, which had two glass walls.
Furthermore, wonderful stay on the beach! As a solo traveler who was really there for my peace, this was a great location on Koh Rong!

WWojciech KopećHotel located in a great place right on the beach, the downside is the old houses and old rooms. The tiles in the room are falling off, additionally rusty
Containers for body wash and washing liquid, air conditioning works as it pleases, the room is also smaller than in the description, located away from the beach in a wooden building. Breakfast is very poor, generally there is nothing to eat, juice from a carton, coffee from Nalewajka, poor food and if you go for breakfast later there is nothing to eat, they add fruit by the piece, add juice by the piece just to have something. The sunbeds are of course occupied by the Januszs from early morning where towels lie and no one uses them, a massacre. Generally, if they took care of the hotel, in my opinion it has the best location on the entire island. Additionally, a nice village.

GGuest UserThe bungalows are very bare bones. There are gaps in the floorboards and wood panels of the walls. The bathroom has a small ”window” in the wall with no way to cover it for privacy. The windows in the bungalow do not lock and there is no storage locker that you can lock your valuables in so there is no security.
There are many roosters nearby that will be loud even at night and early in the morning.
The price is too high compared to the rooms with AC and no holes in the walls/floor. It should be at least the same price as the cost of a can of bug spray since they do not offer any!
Location is good and WiFi is good.
