"The place is nothing like the pictures! The road is full of potholes and very steep; small cars should definitely consider stopping. The surroundings are pure forest. My first thought upon arrival was, "Is this a deserted place?" And when I opened the room, it smelled incredibly musty. Breakfast is also served about 2 kilometers further up the road, and there was no information about this during booking, not even a phone number for the accommodation."

"I booked a room at Chaifa Rimnam but ended up staying at Phu Nang Fah (same owner) because there was no water at the time. The owner was afraid that customers would not be impressed because the view was not beautiful, so we stayed at Phu Nang Fah instead. I give the attentiveness a score of 100/10. They really care about the customers. The service is very good. The staff speak well, smile brightly. The view is very beautiful. A full 10. Next time, I will probably stay at Phu Nang Fah instead."
