We booked this hotel as we were walking the Camino Invierno. We knew that we could have difficulty finding bars, restaurants and cafes open as it was a Sunday. This hotel said it has a bar and restaurant, so met our needs. WRONG! The receptionist said the bar and restaurant were not open to guests at weekends - only to the bus loads of tourists they had staying. In addition the air conditioning was on winter mode until June, so we were baked in bed . The breakfast was poor. Terrible place.

Lovely hotel, friendly attentive team who sorted any minor issues effectively, efficiently and without fuss. Spacious room, very clean and comfortable. Food and service excellent, all in all a great place to stay. Very clean throughout and made us feel very welcome

La habitación y las camas eran grandes pero la habitación estaba bastante desgastada (el suelo de la foto vs la realidad...). Llegamos y las puertas de los armarios no abrían bien, había un papel en el aire del baño (aún seguirá), los grifos mal... Además, una estafa el hecho del buffet. No cumplen las medidas de sanidad porqué nadie vigila el buffet y la gente coge cosas con las manos que luego vuelven a depositarlas, si se acaban los productos no los reponen porque, cito textualmente, "no pueden saber qué consume la gente" (a pesar de que nosotros llegábamos pronto...). En fin, para pillar esta estancia que se supone que debe ser "glamourosa" es mejor gastarte 50 euros más y pillar una habitación en Santiago que tendrás más variedades a la hora de cenar o comer (y de mejor calidad). Para colmo, si tienes algún problema como nosotros tuvimos las respuestas que te dan es que no se pueden hacer responsables de nada. Una falta de profesionalidad increíble. Eso sí, todos los recepcionistas que hemos tratado y el personal de cafetería de entre semana son de 10, solo ellos se salvarían y es una pena que trabajen así...

Nos encantó. Un hotel en medio de un paraje natural sin ruidos. Perfecto para desconectar y descansar. Pensé que tenía piscina gratis y nooo es un pequeño Spa, el cual puedes disfrutar de 90 min previo pago. El desayuno está bien. Las habitaciones cómodas y conectadas entre sí.
