What a truly pleasant stay! I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade — the room was spacious, beautifully designed, and came with a huge bathroom that felt like a private spa. The staff were exceptionally lovely and helpful, always greeting me with warm smiles and great local tips. They recommended some fantastic hawker markets and nearby shopping areas that made my trip even more enjoyable. Every detail, from the comfort of the room to the service, was just perfect!

Our family work-staycation for the second time this year. Always our goto for it's location and we'll appointed rooms. Staff from front desk, lounge, cafe and housekeeping are helpful and polite. The pool was under maintenance and guests had to be guided to Pullman Hotel's rooftop pool via the backlane. A little daunting to hv to "sashay" along the backlane in swim gear but we were soon treated for a fantastic view of the skyline. Thank you for the warm hospitality, we had a great time.

✅Everything was good from the front desk to the room.
❌Except: the cleaning crew.
FYI, I left 5 dollars tip everyday, and they were still not refilling the supplies.
💢One short hair, mid aged cleaning lady made me very sad with her arrogance and awful singing during work. Please respect us guests while we were respecting you.

My all time favorite to stay at this cultural hotel when I visited Singapore again and I absolutely love their breakfast. The room is nice with excellent amenities. I can happily bring my tea set around to make my favorite tea.

Building old is ok but renovation definitely showing age as well. Triggered nasal allergies immediately after arriving in the room.
Pillows as usual were poor, one 2 flat and 2 too much.
I wouldn't really recommend coming back

Hotel was kind to offer a one category room upgrade and welcome amenitity as i am a GHA member. The heritage room has a weird configuration in which the working desk and mini bar were 'outside' though. It didnt impact us till we ordered in room dining and realised the inconvenience.
Nevertheless everything else was great. The bed was excellent as usual. Smart tv with chromecast so we can netflix all day. Big bathroom with bathtub. Warm toilet seat which funnily enough, was only activated at night. Amazing breakfast.

It was my wedding anniversary and i think the team provided a last minute effort in decorating the room and also gave us an anniversary cake. The room facilities were perfect, and so was the buffet breakfast. Highly recommended!!
