THE SUITE VERY SPACIOUS AND PLEASANT. BOOKING OF SUITE COMES WITH USAGE OF EXEC LOUNGE WHICH IS WHERE U ALSO GET SNACKS, TEA TIME AND YOUR BREAKFAST IS AT EXEC LOUNGE. THE OPTIONS FOR BREAKFAST NOT AS EXCITING AS COMPARED TO THE BREAKFAST BUFFET SPREAD AT THE SOUTH BEACH KITCHEN. BREAKFAST BUFFET OUTSIDE OF EXEC LOUNGE IS NOT INCLUDED IN SUITE BOOKING. BUT DO CHECK WITH HOTEL OR TRIP.COM TO CLARIFY LOCATION OF BREAKFAST IF BOOKING SUITE. HOWEVER, .YOU CAN BOOK A RESERVATION FOR BUFFET BREAKFAST IF YOU WANT A LOVELY HEAVY BREAKFAST SPREAD. MIGHT COST EACH AROUND $60 ++ DO ASK WITH FRONT DESK. ENJOY!! OVERALL SERVICE AT MARRIOT WAS AS EXPECTED AND NORMAL COULD BE BETTER FOR SUITE BOOKINGS THOUGH. TRIP.COM SERVICE EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD AND EFFICIENT IN RESOLVING ISSUES. THANK YOU.

It was our first time and BEST experience EVER! Everything and everyone was JustWow! JW has topped my list for hotels in Sg today! Thank you to all the staff who had looked after us during our stay! Love the handwritten cards especially❤️ Keep it up guys!

Best hotel in the city centre. Marriott always does extra miles. We are given a new room as the previous one is pretty noisy due to its proximity with the restaurant. The customer service team are excellent (Ms. Visakh) and the guest relation team (Ms. Mary Gloriani) for the birthday decorations for my daughter. Breakfast is always the best. I believe the best in Singapore in terms of quality and variety. Will definitely coming back again

Very enjoyable stay and the bed was nice. Would particularly like to thank chef nisalaka and our cleaner Joanna, but other staff were good too. Nice lounge food

Located near Esplanade MRT station. Convenient for food and shopping as appox 10 to 15mins walk to Raffles City Shopping Mall. Spacious room and warm services.

I recently stayed at this hotel and while the view from my room was beautiful, I was quite disappointed with the service, particularly at the executive lounge. The breakfast selection was very limited, and no staff approached to ask if I wanted any drinks, which felt unusual for a lounge of this level. Afternoon tea was similarly underwhelming; the snacks were dry, and the variety of food was minimal. Given the price I paid, I expected much better service and quality, especially in the lounge. This experience didn’t quite match the hotel’s reputation or cost, which was disappointing.

Service was excellent and the staff were lovely and welcoming. They put in every effort to make our stay more enjoyable and memorable!

Shower water too small. Air condition so cold even after switch off. Glass door of shower cubicle can break easily due to bad design of towel hanger.

The room is very clean and nice. However, there’s way too many mirrors in the room (not a bad thing) In overall, it’s cosy and comfortable. There’s not much service provided, so there’s nothing much to comment on it.

Great facility, beautiful infinity pool, trendy ambience, food, & excellent reception (specially huge thank to Mr. Talgat at check-in & check-out, the best hospitality ever experienced). However, the only fallout was breakfast buffet, where food was at variety, and delicious, but service was horrible, would say the worst in my life in 5 star hotel, no greeting at entrance (get ready to prepare leading yourself to seat) , no smiling across the restaurant, slowly taking away finished dishes, stacking up, guest moving around table on their own, so messed-up. Must get it improved, or keep ruining holiday mood for travelers beginning a day with breakfast.

The overall experience was good except with some issues encountered with the hotel on the membership program. The hotel doesn't recognise it as it was not booked through the hotel directly. Very disappointed.
