Hotel Review – Hilton Orchard We booked 2 rooms for a family staycation at Hilton Orchard. The hotel’s location is excellent, with convenient access to shopping, restaurants, and public transport—ideal for a city getaway. The rooms were nicely decorated, clean, and modern, which made our stay very comfortable. We also appreciated the complimentary birthday cake—a thoughtful touch that was not only beautifully presented but also delicious. It added a special touch to our celebration. However, the reception experience was underwhelming. The front desk staff were not particularly warm or welcoming, which was disappointing given the Hilton brand’s usual service standards. There's definitely room for improvement in hospitality and guest interaction, especially during check-in. In summary, while the location and room experience were great, we hope to see better service at the reception on our next visit to make the stay feel truly five-star.

It is so good hotel , it is really close shopping mall and room is big .

Very good service, a bit overpriced as every hotel in Singapore. Good gym, fast check in. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom a bit dated but ok

Excellent service from the staffs from the front desk & executive lounge. We love the executive lounge, good variety of food & drinks & wine! We enjoyed the staycation very much!

Very pleasant hotel right in a middle of Orchard road, suitable for both solo and family travelers. Accessible to all public transportations(train station-5mins walk. Bus station 2-5mins walk) Good selection of breakfast.

Room is clean and tidy, amenities are great and more than sufficient. Location is great too
