The area around our property is regularly maintained, and Singapore is known for its world-class cleanliness, with frequent street cleaning by municipal services. Reports of dead rodents and large gathering of crows are highly unusual, and we have not received any similar feedback from other guests.Singapore is one of the safest cities in the world, and there is no cause for concern due to our hotel's location. Many of our guests have shared in their reviews that they have felt safe and comfortable while staying with us despite the bias with the district. Your booking was made under a non refundable reservation which was clearly stated at the time of booking. This is a standard practice across the international hospitality industry for such rate types and therefore we are unable to offer a refund for early departure.We regret that your stay with us was not a positive one and do hope that you are able to find another accommodation better suited for your needs.Warm Regards,JanetGuest Experience Executive
