It's quite far from the center of the Hunter Valley, but there is a supermarket nearby, so I sometimes use it when I go to the Hunter Valley.

Very good

Our room was very clean and did not smell overly of cleaning solutions which was a blessing. The young lady on reception was very courteous and helpful and she made checking in and out a very pleasant experience. We did not use many of the facilities in the room except for the fridge (which was a fabulous size!!) as we were there for only one night, but there appeared to be everything we would need should the need of arisen. Be very happy to stay here again and more than happy to highly recommend this establishment.

Great place for long stay. Full kitchen and laundry spacious bedroom. Perfect for long stay for me travel for work. Great daily service and nice staff. Gym pool next door

Unfortunately this stay just did not meet the standard expected by Quest Corporate head office. The room was dirty with dust on several surfaces, the toilet lid in main bathroom was loose and slipped off every time we went to use the toilet. Very dangerous for a guest! The bed in main bedroom was severely worn and needs to be replaced. Can feel the aides of the bed have collaspsed & you can feel the springs poking through & the bed is hard and lumpy. Reverse cycle air con in main bedroom was also an issue requiring immediate maintenance. Makes a horrendous noise when turned on and when you try to put it on heat to warm the room, it turns itself off. Bedroom 2 had no split system air con. We were really dissapointed in our stay and we check out early to return home due to an emergency. They got a free nights accomodation out of us. Wouldnt stay here again.

A nice quiet spot to stay, clean, friendly staff. The beds were a bit hard. Booked a 2 bedroom with sofa bed but upgraded to a 3 bedroom which as a nice surprise.

Provided exactly what we were needing. We needed pet accommodation, robust fittings, ground floor access and easy parking.

A very good hotel apart with self contained room facilities, equiped with kitchen utensils. 2x bed rooms with relaxed and comfortable beds with self contained shower & bathroom. Spacious living area with dining table and comfortable couches.

Spacious and clean apartments. Comfortable beds a linens. Stocked kitchen to be able to prepare meals. And free carpark onsite a bonus!!!!

Spacious, clean apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a balcony! Plenty of space for a family of 5. Appreciated the tea and coffee facilities and friendly service! Thank you

As a group of 3 travelling to Singleton for work, it was a spacious 3 bedroom unit, allowing us to have our own space. Having access to a gym and pool over the road was a great addition.

I booked pet friendly accommodation, and it had everything from pet bowls, bedding and pet blanket. A courtyard that our fur baby could roam around in safely and securely. The staff were polite and so accommodation particularly when we had to change our request. Without a doubt I would recommend to anyone and will book in again (being our 3rd stay) Great beds and pillows and amenities. Thank you
