Just came back and loved every minute of it. We had a room with a pool which I highly recommend. We went bed and breakfast as so many lovely places to eat. Staff were excellent at all times. No problem with getting a sun bed. We will be returning to this wonderful place. I would recommend going on the happy train. We also got a taxi to some of the nearby towns. Sissi is incredibly reasonable. Recommendations - go to Amelia on a Thursday for the Greek night, swim off the harbour, watch the sunset from one of the bars. You won’t be disappointed

Just back from a week at this hotel and couldn’t fault it. Our flight was delayed so we didn’t arrive until four hours later than planned but the reception we received upon arrival was first class. Hotel is spotless and small enough to make it feel homely. The location is perfect too so you can explore all that Sissi has to offer. What makes this hotel is just how friendly and attentive the staff are, nothing is too much trouble and they are always willing to help. If you’re looking for a relaxing get away to a beautiful resort then this hotel is for you. We will definitely be back.

Had an absolutely amazing time here! The hotel facilities are brilliant, however the staff are what makes this hotel top notch! Big shoutout to Manos, Giannis, Xristof, Marianna, Sakis, Haris, and all other staff. We will 100% be returning to this hotel.

We've been here twice before and returned this year expecting the same quiet relaxing 5 star resort with great entertainment. Much to our disappointment, it's not quiet, please see attached video, the 2 hours of nightly quality entertainment has been replaced with 1 HR of entertainment, twice weekly and it's nowhere near as good as previous years. In short it's not 5 star anymore and it's not peaceful. We couldn't recommend but fully appreciate that it's all relative, to your own experience. This is so disappointing to write because we came back because it's the quiet holiday that we need but not this year. It's true that hotels must try new things but they have got it so very wrong this year. We have already arranged other accommodation for next year. It goes without saying that all of the staff have been fabulous 👌 Can't add the video of LOUD water aerobics at 11.30am with instructors shouting "Let's Party Party Party". I would highly recommend this hotel, from the beautiful location and the equally beautiful hotel. We had a pool view room which was large and spacious, serviced every day, and high quality sheets and pillows. The bathroom was well stocked with all the toiletries you need. The food was excellent, especially the breakfasts with range to cover all tastes. The lunch is a la carte with good selection and dinners to meet all tastes. The staff were exception all the staff without exception were friendly polite and willing to help with anything you need. The restaurant staff in particular the manager (whose wife makes the fantastic desserts and Yeta one of the waitresses stood out. This hotel does not cater for children so attracts the slightly older clientele which makes it a peaceful option, no trouble getting a sun lounger as plenty to go round.

We had a fantastic time as this hotel. I booked the holiday for myself and my parents as a well deserved get away after some difficult times. From the day we arrived to the day we left the staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful and caring. Haris greeted us showed us to our room she was so warm and welcoming. Our room was fanatics (maisonette with private pool) the room was spotless with plenty of space. My parents took the upstairs while I slept on the sofa bed. After my first night the bed was slightly uncomfortable we mentioned this to housekeeping and the mattress was later replaced ! The shower is fantastic with amazing shower products. There’s a mini fridge, kettle, coffee machine, plenty of wardrobe space and a large mirror in the room. There is a shop next door where we went to get drinks and snacks as well as souvenirs, everything is in walking distance. The beach (Boufos beach) is a 5 minute walk the path isn’t sign posted but follow your phone map and you will be able to see the “path”. We didn’t have dinner at the restaurant instead we went out each night. We tried to eat at Amelia Taverna as Thursday is Greek night but you will need to book prior. Instead we eat at Mike Place a lovey family run restaurant who grow/farm most of their food. We also eat at Kyma, Ormos Cafe and Stam Stam for the best “takeaway”. There are plenty of places all reasonably priced near the harbour. On the Sunday we headed to Juniper Bar to watch the F1 the cocktails were great with super fast service. Breakfast at the hotel was good with a variety of pastries, breads and cereals as well as cold meats and cheese . There’s a variety of egg options, ‘bacon’ and ‘sausages’,beans on the hot station.There is a omelette station which my parents used most morning for fresh made omelettes. Yeta and Xristos were lovely remembering how we liked our tea and were always happy to stop for a quick chat. There was a slight issue with our AC but was quickly fixed. The last night Sissi experienced a power cut (not usual for the area) however the hotel had generators and everything was back up and running shortly. Every time we walked past a member of staff instead or outside the hotel we were always greeted with a ‘Kalimera’ or an enjoy your day they truly made us feel welcome. My mum spoke to a lovely lady Maria who wanted to know how our holiday was. Maria consoled my mum (how was been going though a hard time) and kept her company while my dad and I went out for a drink. Yeta, Konstantina, Sakis, Gabriel, Yannis, Xristos, Haris (and all the staff and housekeeping) Thank you ! The hotel has a great calming feel and there were activities/shows most evening either at the hotel or across the road at the sister hotels. As we had our own pool we didn’t spent much time as the shared pool but the loungers were comfortable with lots of umbrellas.
