"Upon check in I was advised That the lift wasent working and would be like that for months The downstairs customer toilet was out of order as well Upon getting in to the room the aircon was very noisy and couldn’t Use it over night due to noise Reception staff were very dismissal of the issue Stating they have all just been serviced Very dismissive uncaring staff And seem to have better things to be doing then talking to customers"

"لقد استمتعنا بإقامة ممتازة في فندق Holiday Inn في سيتيبورن. الفندق كان نظيفاً ومصان جيداً في جميع أنحاء. كانت غرفتنا مريحة وهادئة ومجهزة بكل ما نحتاجه لإقامة ممتعة. الخدمة كانت رائعة وسريعة، والمساعدة من مشرفة الأستقبال أستاذ عمر البشوش المدير العام كانت تجربة رائعه، حيث انني استمتعت كثيرا بقضاء أسبوعين في المنتجع، كما استمتعت كثيرا بقضاء أسبوع في المنتجع. بدايات الرحله ممتازة، لكن للاسف لم اجربه. لكن واجهتنا مشكلة في اختيار غرفة رئيسية، حيث استطاعت الوصول للغرفة في وقت متأخر من المساء. كانت إجراءات الدخول سهلة وسريعة. اشكر المدير العام على حسن الضيافة والخبرة، وأخص بالذكر الاستاذ / أشرف. على حفاوة الاستقبال والمساعدة في كما نقدر الموقع المريح مع سهولة الوصول إلى وسائل الراحة المحلية و وصلات النقل. بشكل عام، كنت راضيا جدا عن اقامتي وكنت سعيدا بالعودة. اوصي بشدة بهذا الفندق لكل من يريد الراحة والسفر إلى رجال الأعمال. وكان الطعام وفيرة ولذيذة. حتى بعد يوم من وجودي في الفندق، تمكنا من الحصول على غرفة كبيرة والراحة بسعر معقول."

"Really spacious conversion of previous B&B accommodation - our third visit; in a lovely quiet location, not too far from amenities.. Brilliant kitchen! Lots of lovely storage space across the whole property. Beautifully clean and cosy. Comfy 'kingsize' bed. Great bathroom! Wonderful host. The whole North Kent countryside in and around the Faversham area is great to explore. It has gardens, towns, the coast, wildlife (Stodmarsh is not too far away) and coastal bird reserves as well as being not far from Canterbury."
