We had the most beautiful stay at this wonderful hotel with our teenage kids. The food and facilities were fantastic. We enjoyed the yoga retreat and the gym, all very clean. The garden is really amazing, it is well maintained giving an amazing «zen» feeling.

The rooms are amazing, large and clean with brilliant views. All the staff are polite and friendly. Always somewhere to sunbathe. There are a couple of points I think would improve the place. We tended to sunbathe round the corner from the beach bar. I noticed the same rubbish (cans and a bottle) here for two days until I picked it up myself. The guys from the beach bar hang round that area anyway so could do a daily check for rubbish. The umbrellas in this area look like they are going to drop off any minute as the metal pins have come out. Worth checking them. What I missed the most was an area to sit and drink. The tables were usually set for dinner which meant staff having to clear a table just so we could have one drink. A designated area near the top of the hotel would be good. On one occasion when we went to eat dinner at the hotel (after booking) our table wasn’t ready. No big deal but could be improved. Only once in 7 breakfasts was there a table set for 2. We usually had to wait a while for the table to be set. I don’t know why music has to be played through the speaker on the bathing area near the beach bar. Far too loud when all you want is the sound of the sea. The walk to and from the hotel isn’t too bad if you’re fit and we did that most evenings as there are plenty of places to eat in the small town. Also lots of souvenir shops and a couple of nicer art and ceramic shops. We had a car so could go a little further afield, parked in a town near Párga and climbed the hill to Ali Pasha Castle of Rrapeza. Absolutely worth it for the stunning view and there’s a land train if you can’t/don’t want to walk. Great hotel with a few small tweaks could be even better but we really enjoyed our stay.

We arrived on the 22nd September early afternoon to be greeted by this wondrous reception area with the most amazing views. As we were a little earlier our room was not ready so we went down to the restaurant area and had a lovely lunch. Once our room was ready we were transported via the hotel buggy along with our cases. Once in the room, words could not describe how incredible it was. Added to the spacious and luxurious room was the private pool area with pergola and enough room to host a pool party. Prior to our arrival, I had been in hospital and it was touch and go whether we would make this holiday. Fortunately we did and my goodness I could not have found a better venue to recuperate. We went half board and I would say the breakfast selections were amazing catering for all diets, specifically mine at the time. The evening meal offered a fair selection with a daily dish of the day. If there was any criticism I would say the portions are excessive leaving a guilt feeling when unable to finish the dish. The waiting staff are exceptional, polite, friendly and attentive and having travelled and stayed at many hotels I would rate them as some of the finest. Housekeeping were excellent ensuring we had fresh towels when requested and ensuring our room was as fresh as when we arrived. Prior to our arrival I communicated with Katherine with various request and none were any issue for her to sort. A very small negative was one of the female receptionists with the stud by her mouth, though at times she was helpful it was not without an attitude, almost resentful of making requests. Unsure if this was due to nearing the end of the season and it was becoming a task, but I would suggest a bit of training on hospitality etiquette would be useful. This by no means was a cheap holiday and as a couple who works hard for every penny given the stressful jobs that we have, spending the amount that we did (which I would say was worth every penny) would have been near perfect had it not been for her manner on the last day of the holiday. That aside, I would wholeheartedly recommend this resort as a must stay experience. Thank you to all for making it a wonderful experience for me to recover.

Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση Ευχάριστο περιβάλλον με υπέροχο πρωινό! Το εστιατόριο ήταν πολύ καλό και είχε άμεση πρόσβαση και από παραλία και από το lobby!! Είναι pet friendly Λίγο δυσκολευόμασταν με το πάρκινγκ λόγω χώρου αλλά και πάλι μας βρήκαν αμέσως λύση !! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα !!!!
