Having stayed here previously and had a really good experience we decided to come again, but this time was a totally different experience. On arrival the staff were very friendly, but upon entering our room the experience was ruined …. The room smelt unpleasant, the the room only had ONE bedside table , we also only had ONE chair and there was 2 of us. We were expected to use the pull out bed for seating even that was uncomfortable… ie springs were poking through and very worn, the whole room looked very tired , considering the cost of the room we felt very let down overall. Even the bathroom experience was poor.. no extraction fan resulting in the bathroom looking like you was auditioning for stars in your eyes after a minute or so of the shower being on, making it difficult to see what you were doing . When asked if we could be swapped into another room, we were told that there were no other rooms available due to being fully booked

Got to the room in premer inn Hotel Skegness and the single bed was not made no toilet roll only one set of towels and no tea or coffee when I went back to the car I went past one of the bedrooms and two cleaners was chatting not in the cere in the world witch made me cross as our room was not finished but bless the lady on reception she was so helpful and we did not have to pay for breakfast so thank you to her and the cleaners need to get there act together

checked in for 2 nights ,having payed 225 quid per night i did expect parking and brekky to be included....it wasnt..we went to the room looked really clean, there was a chip in one of the glasses so i returned to reception and it was replaced,she wasnt happy. we decided to have a shower as we had travelled for 3 hours,only 1 towel so back to reception,she wasnt happy. also noticed only half toilet roll so back to reception..i wasnt happy.. moral of story is if you charge top money the rooms and service have to be good,,staff should always be happy and have a smile.. this wasnt the case and we wont go again..and migrants walking about all evening. very off putting,wife didnt feel comfortable at all.. could of stayed at a much better hotel for this money

A convent comfortable 1 night stopover after a hectic Seaside Day Out with 3 year old on the ride. Loads of space to park. £4 for 24 hours parking was an absolute bargain. As was the £11 continental breakfast and Free for kids. A Great Stay. And because of placement of the Hotel soooooo easy to get around the Front or a short hop on bus or in the car to go the Fantasy Island.

great stay bed comfortable and cosy room great, staff friendly, good food ,reasonable parking charges right on seafront short walk to town centre breakfast was superb value,also evening meal was value for money will use premire inn again

Hotel fantastic clean staff pleasent n polite fab with dyalsis treatment couldn't do more to help Food lovely breakfast all you can eat n Sunday dinner GR8 Close to most visitor attractions Fantasty island around 20 mins drive depending on traffic Will be returning

The premier room was nice and spacious, bed was comfy, toiletries were very nice. But the heating is set at 19c which you can't alter and windows are sealed so can't be opened. Room was far too hot. Only 5 hangers for a double room and one deep drawer for clothing. Wifi codes change each day for premier wifi which you have to get by email which is a bit awkward when your wifi has ran out. The breakfast, continental or full English serves everything you can think off but the full English is just about warm at best. Asked for it to be microwaved.

The room was 10/10 very clean and facilities to enjoy a cuppa in room the manager was very helpful and went above and beyond in making our stay pleasant and advising us on the places to visit in Skegness staff also very friendly and breakfast was great in all we had a very pleasant stay here would recommend people to stay here as close to all facilities right in the middle of Skegness to be able to park up and walk will definitely be booking up again in the near future
