"We are on our last day at this wonderful little hotel after a 14 night stay. View from the balcony beautiful looking across to Skiathos town. Hotel clean and looked after. All staff friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Vivienne who always has a smile on her face. Walk to the town in about 25-30 mins depending on how fast you walk!! Steep hill from the hotel but then all downhill and flat from there. Lots of places to eat and drink and plenty of boat trips to go on. We went on the ferry to Skopolos and stay overnight in a beautiful apartment over looking the sea, £60 for 4 of us and came back on the ferry the next day, another beautiful island to visit. We will definitely return to Skiathos and this lovely little hotel. Thank you for making our stay memorable."

"What can I say that I haven’t said in my previous reviews of La Luna - it’s a great place to stay in Troulos. Stayed here as a solo guest in July and again in September 2025 (my 7th time here), and had a lovely time as always. Spiros and George, the owners, and Alex and Miltos always make guests feel very welcome and are always very helpful. The breakfasts are excellent, the rooms and views are super, the pool and bar area’s are great and the whole place is spotlessly clean. WiFi is good and BBC news channel on TV. Located on a hill, but there are lifts to upper areas of the hotel/apartments. Very peaceful, music from bar not noisy. A walk of about 10 minutes to numerous restaurants in Troulos. If you want more details please see my earlier reviews. I’m confident you’ll have a great time if you stay at La luna, many guests returning year after year. I have already booked to go again in September 2026."

"Fantastic staff who can’t do enough for you! accommodation is to a high standard. spectacular views with a perfection location only minutes from the port. A pity there is no bar in pool area but saves you money overall for the drinks kept in your fridges! Will definately be staying again. Skiathos is a beautiful place with beautiful beaches."

"Wonderful hotel with stunning views overlooking the bay and with the best access to three beaches. Big Banana beach in front of the main hotel and Small Banana beach (the official nudist beach on the island) and Koukanaries beach where the water taxi can be found to take you into town. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped, the breakfast is to die for, so many options. The staff are lovely and there are several restaurants in and around the hotel. The Greek people are lovely and the service is absolutely great. Relaxing environment. Buggy rides to take you down to the beach and bring you back again as well as drinks on the beach and some very comfy sunbeds which are top quality. All in all our favourite hotel and our favourite beaches. Especially Small Banana (Black Swan area of Elivi) which is a quiet and relaxed beach full of really nice people, mostly nude but some clothed. Great service, great location and everything you could possibly need."
