Cool place with good breakfast!

Stay here regularly and it just seems to get worse everytime. Some of the beds really need replacing. The whole hotel could do with a refurbishment. Hotel is used by cabin crew a lot and they also have some "long term guests". Breakfast is basic and the food isnt great but the hosts are very friendly as are the housekeepers. Have booked a different hotel for my next trips.

One of the worst accommodation around never& ever again.

Wasn't the best stay this time. Very noisy at night with a group of young people playing in the hallways and shouting. Room as always comfy and clean. Good shower good WiFi. Very average breakfast. Hotel is good at the £50-65 price range but if more than that there are better options around.

Good price and comfortable near to airport

Travelled from Bank in central London and stayed at Holiday Inn Express London - Heathrow T5 before an early flight. The journey was straightforward, and the hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly. Great value for a stopover – would definitely stay again!

Fiona the receptionist made our stay feel like we were at home, we stayed during the Fire at Heathrow Airport, Fiona the receptionist went over and beyond to ensure that had no added stress, she organised extra day efficiently & parking, Fiona’s professionalism & kindness were amazing. The Hotel was super clean, fresh decor/bedding/pillows/towels and the extras on request were super fast. All the staff were of the highest standards of professionalism. The stay also includes free delicious fresh English breakfast, also fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt and breakfast to go bag if you’re flights leave before breakfast. All rooms have complimentary tea/coffee and hairdryers. This is 5/6 stay here. There are bus stops outside the hotel take you either to Slough/Hounslow West tube station/bus station, M4 is two mins by car, and M25 15-20 mins drive. Central London by car 40 min drive. This should be a 5* star hotel based on service amenities alone.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn, and overall, it was a decent experience. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom. However, one downside was that the window didn’t open, which made the room feel a bit stuffy. The air conditioning was controlled by reception, so I couldn’t adjust the temperature myself, which was inconvenient. They provided a manual portable heater, but it wasn’t ideal. On the plus side, breakfast was filling, and the stay was otherwise pleasant. If they improved the temperature control, it would have been a much better experience.

It’s disgusting. Look at the state of the toilet seat.

Our room has a very strange smell, and we can smell smoke. The windows cannot be opened at all. There is no ventilation system, and the air conditioning is broken. Even without turning it on, the room is still very hot. We went to the reception to inquire about the situation, but their service attitude was extremely poor, and they were very unfriendly in their tone. The supervisor was the same. We have stayed at different Holiday Inns for five days, and this one is the worst and most unprofessional.

On arrival greeted in such a friendly manner couldn't have wished for a nicer thing it made you feel very welcome rooms very clean and lovely size bed very comfortable great choice with breakfast highly recommend staying in this hotel ideal for getting to Heathrow airport thanks for such a nice stay
