Only issues was had to pay for parking

The location is very convenient, close to the city center and train station! The staff is very friendly! The breakfast is OK if the price is taken into consideration. The facility is poor, the chair in the room is broken. The shower does not work properly ( not able to change the temperature).

The reception staff at this establishment are that perfect combination of efficient and friendly. Every request my husband and I made was happily executed. On our trip to UK (from Australia) we have stayed in posher hotels but the Travelodge in Slough was the most welcoming!

We had excellent service from Supriya and the other staff who were so friendly and helpful. Supriya even put an extra bed into the room as we had a last minute child to accommodate so that was really kind of her. I would just say that the pillows were incredibly hard so it would be good to have some softer ones please! And it was a very noisy location with air conditioning units next door going all night. But Supriya and your lovely staff made up for that - they were sooooo lovely.

鄰近火車站及食肆，出行十分方便。 Wi-Fi只有首30分鐘免費，24小時Wi-Fi為3鎊。難以想像預訂的酒店房間需要付費才可有24小時的Wi-Fi。

Close to the train station, room was quite large, bed was comfy, bathroom satisfactory, breakfast delicious.

Overall good hotel, great location and food.

There were nice people working there, one of them was Sepria. The area on the other hand was not very good. Sommething fishi was going on wile we were there

Poor hotel with low class of customer service, the staff were rude, only 1 lift worked, fire alarm going off at 4am with no apology and the cleanliness was non existent. This hole is truly a dive. stay Away!!

The third time there, the previous were acceptable. The price is prety low... But this time, on May : Disturbed by the security at 11pm. pretending we were smoking in the room... because of the mess in and outside the windows... Have a look at the following photos. Treated like criminals. Rooms not clean, breakfast too expensive for what that was. Stuff not so kind except of a waitress at the bar. Never again.

Filthy disgusting room, carpet, furniture, bathroom, cracks in the ceiling. Two channels on the tv. Asked for room to be replenished, wasn't done. Outside is full of litter, reception stinks of cigarettes. Staff very basic, no real welcome. Just bog standard service. Tried to sort the dirty room issue, nobody cared. Avoid.

This has to be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I stayed for 4 nights last week then 2 nights this week. Last week, the ceiling on the 5th floor caved in, this week there’s cobwebs in my room and the bathroom door doesn’t close because the toilet seat is in the way. Both times, the showers have been dirty & the bathroom has smelled of sewage. The carpet last week was so dirty, it hadn’t been vacuumed. Also, during my 4 night stay last week, no one came to clean or refresh the room, not once. I didn’t see any housekeeping staff anywhere in the hotel which I thought was very odd. Despite what it says on the website, there is no parking. They direct you to the car park opposite - Herschel car park which is expensive. This week, I’m on the 1st floor and right outside my window is a car park & some sort of generator. I’m also next to the kitchens so this room is awful - it’s very noisy and disturbing. The one saving grace is the staff - every member on the reception desk are absolutely lovely and so helpful. Other than that, this hotel is awful. It stinks of sewage and damp, most of it seems to be in disrepair and the rooms are not clean. I will be asking for some money back at least.
