Hotel Manor Windsor

Poor Condition The 2 reception staff that dealt with us were absolutely wonderful, nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel is very dated & crying out for a full refurb, our bathroom toilet was leaking & didn’t flush properly, the room was hot & stuffy, but the staff found a Fan for us to use, without the fan we would not have stayed. We paid £120:00 for one nights stay which was £60:00 overpriced especially as the Bar & Restaurant was not available. The hotel is in a brilliant location & deserves to have the money spent on it. I would not book again in its present condition which is a shame as the location is good & the staff work very hard to try & make up for hotels condition.

Manor Hotel Datchet During this period of renovation we cannot fault any part of our stay, the staff were fantastic when it came to anything from booking cars to early hour check out and any issues were never too much trouble. With the Manor being a 25min walk to work in Windsor, it was the perfect location, safe car parking and our room was in its own private cottage just away from the main building with air conditioning fitted during the hot spell for a comfortable nights sleep. The train station is a stones throw away and approx 3 mins onboard to Windsor. The room was very well equiped.

we went for two nights. after booking we got an email to say there was no bar / food as it was being refurbished. we ere told the rooms were all refurbished.. we had a petite double room. if it gad been refurbished it was to a low quality, not a lot of money spent on it. it is a 2 star at best so this should reflect in the prices. we paid 236pounds for two nights.. sorry twice the price it shoukd have been . the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. but sorry price is way to much.

Hi the hotel was good. Sleep was disturbed due to faulty fan in middle of night. Reported to staff who said would let manager know

I stayed at this hotel in August and would recommend to anyone, this is ideal if wanting to check Windsor castle out and other local attractions. The room we stayed in was very spacious and well ventilated. Only downside at the time we visited would be that the bar was closed. Otherwise would recommend. There is no lift for anyone enquiring

We booked 2 rooms for 1 night We were in the cottage next to the main hotel, the rooms were a reasonable size but both needed a major clean, the bedding was stained as were the curtains carpets and furniture, the tea tray was stuck on the shelf and sugar was damp, in 1 room there was no hot water and you had to prise the plug out of the sink. In the other the towel radiator was leaking on the toilet roll and as expected it was wet, the room wasn't prepared properly as there was a mouldy banana in the fridge, we were advised before we travelled there wasn't any food or drink available, but that's probably for the best. The pictures on the website do not represent the actual hotel. We won't be returning. Ever
