Hotel Manor Windsor

I had teleported the hotel twice after I booked to let you know that we would be driving down from Scotland and stopping to get our heads done before moving on early in the morning on Sunday. I asked about parting and your facilities. At no point did you tell me that you had a drum and base party at the hotel and you would be putting us in a room over the dance floor which was 27degreez hit so we had to have the windows open. The music did not finish until 12.45 am and we had the worst stay of our life. The bedroom mirror was cracked and the bathroom smelt of drains. I have taken video footage of the volume of the music from our room and want to know what time you have a music licence to. We got hardly any sleep and were exhausted all day on our forward journey. I would like a refund for the room as it was not fit for purpose

Stayed here for one night. Please read all reviews and Google this place before booking. Until recently it has been fully booked out with the Home Office to house male migrants. With the money made from this the you would think that the owners would spend the money on refurbishing this place, but it seems that isn’t happening. No bar area, no breakfast, no vending machine, very dated everywhere. It’s a shame because the location is great and right next to train station and only a 3 minute train ride into the centre.of Windsor. Overpaid for the room and was promised a call and a partial refund, but they clearly can’t be bothered.

Manor Hotel Datchet During this period of renovation we cannot fault any part of our stay, the staff were fantastic when it came to anything from booking cars to early hour check out and any issues were never too much trouble. With the Manor being a 25min walk to work in Windsor, it was the perfect location, safe car parking and our room was in its own private cottage just away from the main building with air conditioning fitted during the hot spell for a comfortable nights sleep. The train station is a stones throw away and approx 3 mins onboard to Windsor. The room was very well equiped.
