The hotel conditions are very nice, the ski equipment service is very well organized and very convenient. The transportation help provided by the hotel to nearby places is exceptional. Concierge was not very helpful in 3 occassions we needed some help though and dining service at the lounge of the hotel was not the best either. But overall , the rest of the experience was so good that I'd come back here.

Gone down significantly
Revisited the hotel after years, the service levels have gone down a lot. Hotel reception staff appear to be temp and not trained, some of them surprisingly rude(!). Calls for service ignored intermittently. Will not be returning here. ******* needs to review their 9 rating I see a lot of recent negative reviews

Terrible service, dirty & false rep of room types
Room was not as advertised and response from the hotel team was terrible. We eventually were moved. Service was horrendous throughout the stay. Every guest we spoke to were extremely unhappy with their experience. Nothing positive to say about this hotel

Honestly for the price it was average. Dont know if it was cause were nearing the off season but things seemed basic and not super clean. I had to change rooms the first day at night because the fridge was so hot my milk for my baby spoiled. Also valet parking is 50 dollars a day so expect about 500 dollars for some days. You cant park your own vehicle. All in all it was better than others yet still basic.
