"Super price for such a accommodation! I was alone in a room for two, in the room there are all the facilities if something is not in the room, that is on the floor. Also quiet, no one interrupted. A place near the sea (10 minutes) and great you can walk on the embankment. There are all shops and cafes nearby. In general, I would highly recommend it"

"the location was awful. It was an hour's drive to the city. The hotel did not have a private beach; instead, they designated a section of a public beach that was a 15-minute shuttle ride away. The shuttle service ran every half hour, but due to the high number of guests, it was often full, leading to long wait times. As a result, we frequently had to take a taxi to the beach. Additionally, the beach was about a 15-minute walk from the drop-off point along a road with no shade, which was very uncomfortable in the direct sunlight and hot weather. Another issue was the language barrier. The staff did not speak English, and we had to rely on a translator frequently, which made communication difficult and time-consuming."

"At the end of July I booked this hotel, 40k per night. Less than a day before departure, the hotel informs by letter that due to a gas supply cutoff in certain areas of Sochi, they will not have hot water supply and air conditioning (!) for 8 (!) days, that is, the entire period of stay. At the same time, then I looked, the news about this was a week ago. According to the booking conditions, cancellation was possible until September 9, wrote a letter on 10, check-in 12.eshcho ne vstrechal Apparently this hotel believes that living without water and air conditioning for 40k/night is normal. Naturally, they did not move into it; they found another one (which was not easy, since it was one night before check-in). The next day the cost for one night is written off. I have never seen such a squalid hotel as this one."

"The staff is extremely unfriendly. There's no ramp at the entrance for carrying suitcases. The stairs are quite high, making it extremely inconvenient to carry suitcases in. When checking in, we asked for Wi-Fi access, but received a rude response, saying we'd get it when we checked in. I recommend the hotel managers have a preventative conversation with the staff about how even a refusal can be handled in a way that will leave guests with a good experience. For now, I'll give the service a 2. We didn't even check in after such an unfriendly reception, even though we had a non-refundable reservation. Therefore, the hotel doesn't live up to its stated star rating."

The staff were incredibly helpful in every way you could imagine—always friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail of my stay was flawless. The ski resort was perfect and one of the best I’ve ever been to—great slopes, amazing views, and super convenient access. After a day on the mountains, coming back to the comfort and luxury of Rixos felt unreal.
