Villa Unari is a cozy and well-equipped 85 m² woody cabin built in 1992 and renovated in 2016. It's located by the beautiful lake Unarijärvi near the mouth of the river Meltausjoki. On the ground floor, living room/kitchen with fireplace, bedroom with 2 beds, bedroom with a double bed, washroom, toilet, glassed-in porch, open veranda. On the loft 4 beds and living area. Lake Unarinjärvi is a clean, large and fish-rich lake (perch, pike, whitefish, pikeperch and vendace). River Meltausjoki and its rapids offer nice challenges for fishermen trying to catch graylings. Private sand beach offers a comfortable space for hobbies, camping and beach life. In winter, there is a cross-country ski trail maintained by the village association. There are also several routes for snowmobiles in the area. Nature, forests and hills offers a great opportunity for outdoor activities and hiking all year round.
