Clean plate ≠ clean conscience — maybe focus more on your kitchen hygiene than gaslighting guests. 2. On “complimentary snacks” and manipulation: This is a shocking accusation. At no point did I negotiate or demand free food. The snacks were offered by your staff after I raised genuine concerns. I didn’t ask for it, and it was not in exchange for removing my review. Claiming I returned with another review to get “more free stuff” is absolutely FALSE and defamatory. 3. Room Quality & False Advertising: The room provided was not as per description or visuals shown online. There was a foul smell, broken kettle, and no view despite prior commitment. I raised this politely — and instead of taking feedback, you chose to spin a narrative to deflect blame. 4. Discount Demands: I asked for a reasonable adjustment to the final bill considering the poor hygiene and room issues. I did not demand anything excessive. When I was denied, I voiced my concerns, yes — but without any threats or “drama” as you claim. You’re twisting guest frustration into misconduct to shield your shortcomings. 5. Smear Tactics Instead of Accountability: Instead of apologizing, you’ve chosen to attack the guest’s character — that says a lot about your hospitality philosophy. I wonder how many other guests have stayed silent to avoid this kind of public shaming. ⸻ If this is how Rosetum Kasauli handles negative feedback — with baseless accusations and an aggressive tone — then future guests deserve to know.
