Room was excellent but the extra bed charges was way too much.
The sofa cum bed was not at all comfortable for kids to sleep .

Moksha at parwanoo - excellent location. Luxurious rooms, pampering service. The weather, even in mid April, was a cool 13deg to 25deg. The perfect getaway, only 1hr from Mohali airport, with a 10min cable car ride to the resort. The spa is large and well staffed. Perhaps an upgrade with the rooms. The restaurant staff went out of their way to accommodate our dietary needs. Specially Srishti .. by the end of our family holiday, we would all long to go for our meals to get pampered by her. Chef Pritam and his signature Himachal dishes stand out. Overall a great place for a family holiday and the clean air a great pull.

Best property we visited with family this year. Enjoyed a lot. Staff is very co-operative specially Mr. Rishabh, Mr. Nikhil & Mr. Anuj. Great place for kids summer vacations. Near place to Delhi. Timber trail experience is also too good. We booked through TWS hospitality. Great service given by them.

In a nutshell, it’s a beautiful property but grossly mismanaged. At the time of checking in, despite saying that we would like a room close to the reception/restaurant (since we were travelling with 2 small kids) we were given a room 10 mins away by golf cart. To top it off the AC in this room was not working. Despite several requests they were not taking any action and we kept waiting. When we finally said that we were going back to Delhi and don’t wish to stay here they switched our room to one near the restaurant and where the AC was working. My question- why cause so much mental stress if a room is available nearby? The place is called Moksha and has a quiet and peaceful vibe so why this? So please beware- most rooms are far away from the spa/restaurant and each time you want to do anything you waste 20mins easy. The service at the restaurant is slow and the waiters don’t know the first thing about hospitality.i mean one time one waiter literally walked away from me while I was talking to him 😂 The food is sub- par definitely not 5 star standards. THEY CHARGE FOR ACTIVITIES LIKE USING THE TRAMPOLINE IN THE KIDS AREA! The bathrooms are big and spacious but don’t have shaving mirrors. So to sum it up Pros 1) great location 2) great spa and pool 3) very nice rooms and bathrooms Cons 1) horrible service 2) average food 3) sub par management 4) charges for kids play area? Really?

Rooms we booked were good, cart service is very prompt, u do not have to wait. food - al carte is good. what we did not like and can be improved: 1. breakfast options - very indian and average taste 2. The spa - therapist were very normal - usually one is asked -areas u like more concentration on and areas to avoid- there is a form filled - nothing of this kind is here. 3. couple therapy - massage, steam and jacuzzi should be all in one section....u cannot ask people to climb stairs from one place to another - this i have never witnessed anywhere - u charged a lot...but service was not good

It was indeed one of my best stay as place is extremely beautiful. Staff were very helpful and polite, especially Karan, Manisha, and Vishal. Strongly recommend for great hospitality, sunset view, rooms and Offcourse food.
