We had a very enjoyable stay at El Guia. From entering the Courtyard on our arrival, to meeting very welcoming staff we have nothing but praise for our stay here. We ate in the restaurant on our first night, normally we prefer to eat locally but we arrived at dinner time. The food was excellent with very good glasses of house wine. Location is also spot on, tucked behind the train station in a very quiet side street. We would return again

A very conveniently located, traditional hotel in central Sóller, close to the tram and train terminus. Comfortable bed and very well appointed bathroom. Loved the solarium and plunge pool although not warm enough to use when we visited. Great self service breakfast with ‘squeeze your own’ fresh orange juice. Excellent and attentive service throughout.

Wonderful, traditional family feel from the moment we arrived. Daniel greeted us and showed us to our room which was absolutely what we had asked for. Beautiful Mountain View’s. The room and bathroom were spotless and well equipped. The bed was super comfortable and there were extra pillows blankets etc. if needed. Fridge tea and coffee - perfect! The breakfast choices left us wanting for nothing. Fresh fruit and juices, hot and cold options pastries and fabulous breads. Easy reach of shops and the square with its eatery’s. The options to walk in the beautiful hills, to the port, or catch the tram or train are all on the doorstep. A warm welcome from all. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you. We will be back.

Our 5th visit to the hotel and there will be more! Staff are super friendly. Boutique size hotel with nice clean rooms and facilities. Location is a 10+ for the town. Best suited for couples and nice and quiet with good restaurant and food terrace. ———————————————————————————————

El Guia has excellent location next to tram, train and the main square. There is friendly staff and quite good breakfast. There is not much storage place for clothes etc. in the room, but the room was large and clean. Taking the tram to the beach is a nice experience, but taxi is cheaper. Train to/from Palma is also nice experience.

A lovely local Mallorcan hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and characterful bedrooms and bathrooms. Comfy beds! Very nice breakfasts. Only criticism is that there are no real communal areas e.g. bar area XXXXXXXXXXXXX

Beautifully presented hotel situated at the top of the main town square so very easy to get around the area. I didn't have a car so I enjoyed walking. Getting public transport is also very accessible as long as you don't have mobility issues, such is the nature of a beautiful and historic town. The staff team are wonderful. Polite, smiley, welcoming and helpful. It's a place where you can relax and feel very comfortable. Great value for money and a proper flavour of the history of Sóller. Really lovely fresh, local produce and the new chef is maintaining the previous high standards and doesn't disappoint!! I had the seafood paella last night and it was delicious. I'll definitely be back! Thank you to everyone at the hotel, including Maintenance, who do such a good job and made my stay such a great one. Your attention to details is very much appreciated.

Spacious and comfortable room with convenient features including HVAC, heated towel rail and jacuzzi tub. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location in the center of town. Lunch and dinner menu choices were a bit limited for a stay of 5+ days so would recommend considering some alternative dishes.
