Best Somma Lombardo Hotels

"Very easy and efficient airport pick up and drop off . Every hour one shuttle from airport till morning to 11 pm .  Room size is good . Breakfast  spread is decent . Train station of  Public transport  is around 15 -18 minutes  walking from hotel  and their is train every hour to go to city centre or other place . However it will take total around 90 minutes to 120 minutes dooor to door from hotel to Milan cathedral by public transport . Taxi can be 100 euro plus . Hotel is good for short or few days stay stay in Milan hotel staffs are polite and good . There is Castle near by at walking distance of less than half km about . I will book it again in future"

"The bus shuttle set us on a good path to the hotel. A very convenient service and a good value ticket (attached the schedule) We arrived just past 1am, but the reception team were still very welcoming! We were gone by 6:30 AM but the room was very pleasant and overall a good stay!"

"Have tried many other accommodation near Malpensa airport but i must admit Hilton Garden via Somma Lombardy is by far the best experience i had. Their customer service/ reception/ room service is beyond my expectations. Staff were very attentive to guest's request. Room is nicely renovated, amenities in room are well equipped with safe box/electric kettle/ iron board/mini fridge. The hotel adds a nice touch by providing complimentary airport shuttle to and fro for every hotel guests.(Accordingly to their timetable/schedule) There's a small section by the corner of hotel entrance, selling cup noodles, mineral water, candies, chocolates if you need to grab some for yourself . I have had a wonderful great time for two consecutive nights. Reception desk staff by the name of Yleni & Camila has been very helpful during my stay. I highly recommend HILTON GARDEN INN for those needing an accommodation near Malpensa airport. Hilton group really did a great job on this one, truly commendable. Thank you to each and every staff at Hilton Inn Malpensa for your full dedication in providing the best service to your guests. I will recommend it to my family/friends."

"The hotel is extremely close to Milan Airport Terminal 2. I could even see it from the window before exiting the airport, as it's directly opposite the arrivals exit. The room was compact but very clean and, surprisingly, completely quiet – there was no aircraft noise whatsoever. Just outside the hotel, to the right and across the pedestrian crossing, there's a bus stop where you can catch a free shuttle directly to Terminal 1, making it perfect for transfers. On the ground floor, coffee, simple pizzas, and salads are available."

"The Hotel is very nice and staff are friendly. If you have early morning flight or late night flight, this hotel is the best for your choice. We have early morning flight and we called to hotel to pick us up from the MXP airport about 10PM which costs €5 per trip per person. It is very cheap comparing to take Uber. Also, the bed is very firm and have space for 2 luggages to lay down for packing up stuff before the flight. I recommend this hotel. Reasonable price and location is good as 5 mins drive to the airport."

"The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was decent, enough to get you fueled up before a flight. Bus transportation to and from was very convenient. However, it's quite a distance from the city center, so if you have a long layover or a lot of downtime, you might find yourself bored. There's an established restaurant nearby that often has a long wait. The food was good, but the service was quite poor."

"I always trust all the ihg hotels. The room is clean and spacious. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel provide shuttle bus to Malpensa for free, which is a good perk if you need to catch a flight. Definitely will come back again."
