The hotel is just remade and all the news rooms are fantastic. Really close to seaside , the location is perfect. All the team is very helpful A great place to spend holidays with the family. The rooms are really clean and totally new with lot of services and high quality elements

Acabamos de pasar unos días en este hotel y ha sido una pasada. Está muy cerca de la playa, lo cual es súper cómodo, y además ha sido recientemente remodelado, así que todo está nuevo y cuidado. La relación calidad-precio es excelente. ¡Gracias repetiremos sin duda!

A 20 segundos de la playa, mucho ambiente de surf, camino Santiago, paseando puede ir a Pedreña, en golondrina a Santander. Baño y habitación totalmente renovada, wifi, TV...Buen sitio para hacer base y moverse por toda la comarca. Nosotros fuimos en pareja, pero creo que tiene habitaciones familiares.

Llegamos por casualidad pero acertamos de pleno. Sumamente cerca de la playa, y todo está super limpiio y nuevo. Camas muy gustosas y baños super completos. Pude trabajar mientras mi familia estaba en la playa porque el wifi va como un misil. Super amables y nos ayudaron con indicaciones de que hacer en la zona. Es nuestra primera vez en el Norte pero volveremos. Tuvimos un detalle en la habitación al llegar y antes de irnos pudimos dejar las maletas guardadas para aprovechar el último día de playa. Experiencia horrible; el año pasado fuimos a este hotel y quisimos repetir por la ubicación. Este año lo han reformado, y os cuento la pésima experiencia desde el principio, Primero por teléfono nos dan un precio, nos mandan correo para reservar y culpa nuestra por no leer bien, el precio por teléfono era sin IVA ! Nos dimos cuenta al llegar, los precios de hoteles y hostelería siempre se deben dar con el IVA incluido. 210€ por noche más que un hotel de 4 estrellas sin sus prestaciones ni desayuno y en primeros de julio, el hotel de enfrente 120€…. Acaban de reformar el hotel, ambiente del cuarto lleno de polvillo, primera noche sin mantas con bastante frío, las camas son horribles, una piedra literal, sin nevera, las sábanas no las cambian las sacuden y las estiran, las toallas de los baños sin comentarios, y lo peor, lo peor de todo 5 días sin podernos ducharnos bien con niños y después de la playa, el agua o muy fría o ardiendo, una pesadilla. Eso si la atención de David y las chicas muy buena.

Recien reformado. Agradecimos el aire acondicionado ya que pillamos ola de calor. Todo muy limpio y nuevo. Ubicación excelente para ir a la playa andando con la familia y dejar el coche aparcado todos los dias. El servicio de recepción muy dispuesto a ayudar. Vale la pena para disfrutar del pueblo no irse a otros mas alejados

Desde que falleció el anterior dueño y se ha encargado un sobrino el hotel va a peor. De ser un hotel con encanto, con servicio de desayuno, cafetería y restaurante a no tener casi ningún servicio. Te cobran por adelantado todas las noches y si tienes que cancelar o salir antes no te lo devuelven. El parking 10€ la noche cuando anteriormente NUNCA se ha cobrado. En las habitaciones y en el hotel hay que tener un buen mantenimiento para que no suenen las tuberías ni se oiga a los demás huéspedes usar el wc. Se oyen las voces de huéspedes y trabajadores. Pides cambio de habitación y no te ofrecen nada. El servicio y la atención deja mucho que desear. Eramos clientes de muchos años y hemos dejado de ir. El personal de recepción muy atento y educado exceptuando al chico encargado del hotel. Es un hotel de dos estrellas en zona de playa pero ha pasado a ser una pensión. El servicio de desayuno muy escaso.

Establecimiento magníficamente ubicado, pero.al menos, colchones y ropa de cama, exigen renovación. La limpieza bien, aunque con descuidos. La luz insuficiente. La wifi muy bien, El ascensor bien, pero los mensajes que van dentro asustan. Tiene aparcamiento de pago, aunque, si no hay congestión, fuera es posible aparcar y mas económico.
