I spent a week in NYC for a change of scenery and wanted a comfortable place with space to work.  Sonder delivered.  The apartment is fully furnished, even including a dishwasher and washer dryer, two things often unheard of in a New York apartment.  The location is perfect, convenient to just about everything including multiple Subway lines and walkable to Wall Street, Battery Park, World Trade Center and more.  Also part of apartment living—some noise from neighbors including music and barking dogs.  The non smoking policy was loosely enforced, this may have been due to the snowstorm.  A request to enforce this was responded to quickly.  Although there is a person at the front desk, no doorman type services like package handling are available.

It was great! The location is very convenient no matter to uptown or downtown Brooklyn. Unfortunately outside is a construction site so it’s super noisy during my stay, and if we can have on-site laundry place will be even better.

I had been talking about this view for months, but I was not assigned a room with that view and was assigned to the second floor.
I slept here for 5 days, and the facilities were very neat and clean.
The deposit was 50 USD per day, so I paid 250 USD.

Location near the Union Street station was great for commute as the subway line goes to multiple stations in Manhattan.

The room was small but suited us as a couple and the check in was a breeze if you had the code.

The bed was good and so was the bath( except the wash basin spout) 

The front end staff were polite and friendly and provided assistance when requested.

Overall a good value for money experience

Because it is close to my daughter's home, my daughter recommended it. After booking, there is no obvious reminder of the check-in process. We arrived in New York and got off the plane. We knew that we had to register. Uploading passports and credit cards was considered to be self-check-in. After all this was completed, we got the password. Building, The elevator was very smooth, but the room could not enter. It was already more than 11 o'clock in the middle of the night. The long-distance plane was very tired. Contact customer service at the door of the room. The customer service responded quickly. I know that the domestic customer service is a microphone, but I can experience the service is still timely. The hotel's requirements are very strange. Thinking that the password they provided is correct, it must be our operation problem, encountering this kind of emergency, the best and fastest solution should not be to change a room? It was not until I proposed this plan that I finally solved it. The bed in the changed room was small, the room rate was different, and Trip.com also refunded it in time. Fortunately, I booked from Trip.com. If I booked directly with the hotel, the language problem and other factors are more difficult to communicate. The room itself is not bad, the mattress is comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a dishwasher. It is very close to the uncle, but there is no one to do hygiene during the stay, and there is no service staff. It is very troublesome for people with language difficulties.

Because the plane was late, I arrived at the hotel at 1 o'clock in the middle of the night. The lady at the front desk helped me to check in very quickly. It was the speed of New York. Hotel location is very good. About 5 minutes walk to Fifth Avenue, turn to Central Park, and the subway station will walk for 5 minutes. The hotel is a post-modern urban minimalist style, the room is good, very New York apartment feel, but the breakfast is a bit too casual, too simple, but the breakfast at the New York hotel is probably so good, it is a very good hotel

TL DR: only get this place if you only care about location, have reasonable independence, want privacy, and DO NOT NEED HOTEL AMENITIES.

Full review:
The main reason to book this hotel would be for its location. Its location in Tribeca is awesome. A number of destinations, particularly, wall street, the Brooklyn bridge, and the world trade center memorial, are walking distance. The rooms, however, are on the smaller end, and the hotel service is almost non existent. The facilities and amenities were acceptable.
Do note that the front desk is only in available from 9am to 11pm so if you encounter issues outside those times, it will be problematic.
For example, I was emailed the door key and room key a day prior to arriving. I printed the same in cause i had no internet service, as i was travelling from another country. I also emailed them through the email provided that we would be arriving at around 12 midnight. However, upon arriving at the hotel door, it would not work. I and my wife had to stay out, in the cold of new york city, with 5 luggages, for a good 30 minutes. We emailed them and used the online chat function, but both were useless.
We sat down in a nearby dunkin donuts to figure stuff out. and without any held from sonder or marriot, we found out that there was a discrepancy with the codes emailed and the codes in the app. Fortunately, my wife as able to rummage through the discrepancy and was able to acquire the appropriate codes. And thus, we finally able to get into the hotel and into our room.
Considering the price point of the rooms, aside from the location, this is not a good choice.

Although it is far from the subway station, it is very close to the surrounding restaurants and supermarkets, so it is very convenient to shop. It's very convenient to walk to the navigation pier in about 5-10 minutes, so it's very close. It's clean and quiet, so it'

What a fantastic little apartment! Beautifully decorated, very clean, fantastic amenities, and a great location!

Very nice apartment but small things a bit boring: definitely automatic check in where the registration is very detailed and slow and if you don't read the emails they send carefully you waste a lot of time. The bathroom drain is not perfect and gets clogged. The apartment curtains do not cover completely and therefore light early in the morning. Shower with lukewarm water and not hot (the first time, the second everything was perfect). Bed and pillows too soft for my habits.
For the rest, very nice apartment

First of all, we must explain that the security of Chicago is a big problem. Although this hotel and location are quite good, it is recommended to pay attention to safety when traveling. Try not to go out late at night without going out.
I heard gunshots in the hotel one day, and it turned out to be a real gunfight between the police and the robber. The gangster injured the policeman. It happened more than a block away at 3:30 in the morning. This is not a problem of location or hotel, this is the case in Chicago.
The front desk guy in the store has a very good service attitude, recommended to us and helped order the authentic Chicago deep dish pizza. very delicious. After the accident that day, we were notified in time not to go out late at night. Overall the experience is good.
I lived in a bunk bunk room type. It was very comfortable to live in a bunk bunk in a hotel for the first time. Small but complete. The traffic is pretty good.
Adults (over 21) can go to the bar diagonally across the street is the famous beauty service bar. We were still students and didn't go in. But the shooters bar itself is indeed very famous.

The two-bedroom and one-living room is very spacious and relatively newly decorated. The location is in the city center, five minutes to Plaza de España, very convenient. There is a washing machine, suitable for family travel.

Отель хороший, но в 40 минутах ходьбы до центра Рима. Номера чистые, просторные. Но мы брали номер с террасой, в итоге это оказалось выход на крышу отеля с видом на хозблоки. Это не понравилось. И слышимость очень высокая.  У нас был номер рядом с рестораном для завтрака и рецепшн, с утра звон посуды, разговоры не давали отдохнуть.
