"Parking is convenient, and the accommodation is easy to find. The room I was initially assigned had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, so I asked to change it and they changed it right away. There was only one staff member, so he seemed very busy. There was no electric kettle in the room, which was a little inconvenient, and the room was relatively clean. However, it was very cold and the heater was not warm at all. It was too cold to endure with just a blanket, so I slept with layers of clothes on. There is an elevator, so it is convenient, but the soundproofing is not very good."

"Hotel was minutes away from Guggenheim Museum Bilbao which was our planned at Bilbao. There is hotel parking with a fee available during booking. The breakfast was good. The hotel and resturant staff were friendly and kind.
My room was modern and clean, it comes with a streets view. There is room available with the museum view too."

"I arrived at Bilbao Airport around 12 o'clock and checked in late, but the staff at the reception were very friendly and nice. The bed was spacious and the bathroom was clean, and although I don't speak Spanish, the staff were very friendly and there was no difficulty at all!"

"It is bigger than expected, very comfortable, very clean, and it is very convenient to check in by yourself. Everyone remember to check in in advance to activate the key. The chek in webpage has to fill in four occupants. Don't worry about the extra number of people filling in no."

"Hardware is all fine and staff are friendly, but the ability for them to understand English is harder than I thought. If you need to book a taxi to airport or something crucial in terms of timing, better double check. Also, they got a nice small kitchen with disherwasher and washing machine. They provide all detergents for both. However, they don't have basic salt, pepper and edible oil. Microwave is nice and quick to have."

"The front desk was very friendly and kind. The early check-in also received temporary luggage. Early flights and some people checked out, but after all, the Youth Hostel did not provide drinking water, but overall it was satisfactory."

"The location is very good, I feel that this is a veteran five-star hotel with a strong Basque style design. The suite I stayed in, the room was large, the view was good, and there was a garage in the ground. Maybe the room is not new enough, but it is well maintained. Next to the park, walk to the Basque Museum for 5 minutes and Guggenheim for 10 minutes. I recommend."
