Air-conditioned rooms, beautfiul garden views and good variety on the menu - what more could you ask for when travelling for work in the East? I also found the customer service impressive, given that most places outside Kampala tend to move at their own pace. Not so at Hursey Resort! The staff accomodated my requests for laundry services at odd hours and very specific meals with grace. Sure there are cheaper places to stay around Soroti, but none as charming nor as air conditioned.

Hursey Resort is a mind relaxing place to be with good customer care and a beautiful ambiance. The environment is peaceful, the compounds are clean and well maintained. Atricrafts are world class I recommend couples, friends and team building! An Epic Place to be while in Africa-Uganda & Soroti District in particular.

Lovely food Staff are lovely 🌹 The best hotel in Soroti. I surely recommend you all once in Africa and in Uganda, particularly in Soroti Hursey Resort is one hotel that makes you fill at home. Thanks to the management and the staffs for all there support during my stay at your establishment

This place is the worst. I wouldn't recommend it. Poor customer care. The staff is mean and rude. The food is horrible. They do not serve what is on their menu and wait two hours to let you know that the chef will not be able to to make your meal. WORST experience ever!

Kamer was ok met AC die het maar net aankan. Badkamer met voldoende warm water, de wifi deed het goed toen er een eigen router in de kamer werd gezet. Restaurant was goed, lekker gegeten maar bestel geen wijn, is soort antivries van slechte kwaliteit. Het zou er een stuk op vooruitgaan als ze een zwembad zouden bouwen. Personeel vriendelijk maar alles kost tijd.

Excellent and lovely ambiance!!! Will stay always when in Soroti town! Clean, good food, great staff!!! I arrived to a warm towel to dust off. My luggage was carted off to my room and room was cleaned everyday. Everything was intact and in place. The management makes it a point to make you feel at home and almost like family! They go two miles to make you comfortable. They are out to make the guest happy and not just for the money!

A great garden view and patio experience were Ruined by Tasteless plates of local tilapia fish and greasy chips. Even the lemon we added didn't work. We asked for vinegar, but the chef didn't have any! @35000 ugx per plate. Not a good first impression.
