A Perfect 5-Star Experience – More Than Just a Hotel! Our stay at Annabelle Elegant Agri Resort Hotel Sorrento was nothing short of magical. This 5-star resort truly lives up to its rating in every possible way — from the breathtaking views and serene atmosphere to the exceptional service provided by every single staff member. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. My mum, who uses a mobility scooter, was treated with the utmost care and respect. Nothing was ever too much trouble. When her scooter needed attention, the staff went above and beyond to get it sorted quickly and efficiently — something we’re incredibly grateful for. One standout feature was the courtesy car and driver, who were available to take us wherever we needed to go. The driver was incredibly kind and supportive, always lifting the mobility scooter and ensuring that our travel experience was completely relaxing and stress-free. Their thoughtfulness and care made exploring Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast so much easier and more enjoyable. The hotel itself is a tranquil oasis. Surrounded by magnificent views and a peaceful ambiance, it felt like a hidden gem. The food was absolutely fabulous — fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of authentic Italian flavor. The entire resort was immaculate and thoughtfully designed, combining luxury with the rustic charm of the countryside. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every single person we encountered was welcoming, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile. They provided amazing advice on local tours, arranged all our travel needs, and shared tips that allowed us to experience the Amalfi Coast like locals rather than tourists. Thanks to them, we created some of the most unforgettable memories. We cannot recommend Annabelle Elegant Agri Resort Hotel highly enough. Whether you’re looking for relaxation, attentive service, or an authentic Italian escape, this resort delivers on every level — and then some. We will most definitely be returning! Beautiful hotel in breathtaking location. A perfect base for our first visit to Sorrento. Having air conditioning was a bonus in the heat and the complimentary lifts from Silvio to and from Sorrento were really helpful. We had breakfast included and it was first class. We only have praise for the chef as the lunches and dinners were just superb and cooked with flair and skill. The staff were wonderful too. Salvatore arranged our trips and ensured our comfort and happiness throughout our stay. Angela made sure breakfast was a joy, then Carmino, Luigi, Giovanna, Mario and the always smiling Paolo the night Porter provided a first class service. Forgive me if I can’t name all of them. One and all couldn’t do enough for us, so thank you. Salvatore always engaged us whenever he saw us. Through conversation he understood I loved cooking and fresh ingredients, which they supplied with every meal from the hotel garden. The gift of some Amalfi lemons to take home was very touching. Thank you for making our stay in paradise such a memorable one. We really hope to see you all again. Make this your next holiday, we can’t praise it more highly.

From the moment we arrived and the breathtaking views we immediately relaxed. What can we say about such a perfect stay, it was magic. The team as a whole couldn’t do enough for us, all of them going above and beyond to make our stay special. The hotel and rooms were light and spacious, beds large and comfortable and all very clean. The food was delicious and the free shuttle into town a great bonus. We can’t wait to return next year.

At this price point, a hotel comes with additional expectations. I would not repeat my stay at Anna Belle. The grounds and exterior are beautiful as is the view. Unfortunately, there were things that made this a mediocre stay. First, the room temperature is controlled at the front desk which is not staffed 24/7. Second, the bed was two mattresses (standard in Italy) that kept separating, making for an uncomfortable sleeping experience. Third, there was a wood fire nearby both days I was there. The hotel keeps all of its doors open and the smoke was irritating to my eyes and throat while I was there (in my room).

Having just returned from Anna Bella, we are now in the process of booking for a return visit in September. Absolutely couldn't fault our stay - the location is stunning, the hotel and its grounds lovely, the staff (and especially Salvatore the manager) are so very obliging, polite, welcoming and friendly and the rooms beautifully furnished, light and airy. Would give more stars if we could, a true "home from home" in a magical setting.

Five star hotel! This is a fantastic place with the friendliest staff ever. They made our stay a memory for life. Top-class breakfast and the restaurant served high-quality dinners. Cant wait to come back!
