The prices have increased and you can see cuts to the salad bar and accompaniments in the bar but the staff are excellent.

Amazing hotel stuff were helpful and attended warm & friendly . Special thx to Fredrico😀 Rooms were comfortable clean and spoiling pool was great we enjoyed it so much.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Bristol in Sorrento. The views over the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius were stunning, and the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The food was excellent, especially the breakfast and dinner with sea views. Just a short walk from the town center, it’s the perfect place to relax and e job. Highly recommended!!!

Couldn't fault Hotel Bristol it was 100% from our arrival to the day of departure . The staff at reception were so helpful with any query on directions etc. The dining room staff were excellent under the guidance of Luca, food was great, and great choices and the odd 2nd dessert to sample....😀. Rooms were lovely and comfortable bed with lovely cleaning staff. Great weeks holiday.

The Hotel Bristol Sorrento, a perfect location in this beautiful town, situated just 15 minutes walk to the town centre and yet just out of the bustle of the busy streets. The views from the hotel are spectacular, from the town of Sorrento, to the Marina Grande, the bay of Naples and of course, Vesuvius in the background. The main port took about 25 minutes to walk, giving access to ferries to Capri, Amalfi and Naples. We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and all of the staff were especially very kind and helpful throughout our time there. We would like a special mention to both Luca and Giuseppe for making our evening dinners, and breakfasts, more of a dining experience, plus all other members of the restaurant team that helped out during our stay. Their attention to detail made our anniversary very memorable. Luca and Giuseppe are ambassadors to Hotel Bristol. Nothing was ever too much trouble, service was always outstanding the whole time we were there. The food was equally amazing and exceptional, congratulations to the chef. Every meal was to an extremely high standard and as for the views from the hotel, whether it’s the bedroom, restaurant, pool or evening bar are just spectacular. The hotel was immaculate whether it was by the pool, hotel toilets, the restaurant, bars and especially our room, always cleaned to a high standard. A huge thank you again for the wonderful holiday and being part of our wedding anniversary celebrations. An incredible hotel, incredible experience, and definitely a place we shall be returning to.

Although this was our 3rd visit to Sorrento this was our first visit to The Bristol due to it being recommended to us. Although it is on a busy road with a slight incline with a 10 min walk down into the centre , the ‘pay off’ is the breathtaking views from our hotel balcony overlooking Vesuvius and the Marina Grande , these views are also visible whilst dining in the restaurants and whilst relaxing around the pool , we were on the 9th floor and noise from the road was not an issue . Every single member of staff we had contact with were so professional, warm and attentive . The Breakfasts were a good choice for the ‘ English Breakfast’ options , compared to other hotels we have stayed in Italy , especially the fresh eggs cooked to order whichever way you wanted them , also a large selection of freshly baked cakes every day the coconut cake was the best I had ever tasted I only wish I had the recipe! . Although HB we always prefer to eat out in the evening so often swapped for lunch instead of our evening meal , which had good choice and always enjoyed very much. The hotel is immaculately clean and has a lovely traditional Italian character. Thank you to everyone for looking after us so well and we are more than happy to highly recommend this beautiful hotel and hope to return in the future
