"The hotel is well located by the beach, which is what I was looking for, but it wasn’t as clean as I was hoping for. The majority of staff are friendly and welcoming. I had a relaxing time here and I would come back again. I have to say, the Thai restaurant there is amazing! They have authentic Thai food and great service. I was there two nights in a row. And also a nice selection of food for breakfast! Great experience! Cold feedback, would be to keep the 5 stars standard at all times."

Hotel facilities: Take a look at the pictures for yourself, they were taken on the day of check-in. See pictures of bedding and linens. No disposable slippers provided. Room facilities: There is a hairdryer. Hotel decoration: see pictures for yourself. Bathroom: There is a bathtub. Breakfast: It is self-service to look at the pictures by yourself. It's the off-season, so there aren't many people, so there isn't much variety. Hotel service staff: I personally feel that they are very service-minded and quite careless during their stay. The hotel pictures match the actual room pictures."

"Booked maia hotel for 5 nights... hotel was jist as described... located in ”du lac” which is the high end clean beautiful and peaceful side of tunis. The hotel itself was good , the room was very spacious and clean , breakfast was nice (not buffet) served at the table , better then most other hotels I've stayed in previously in tunis Customer service was amazing , especially Riyadh and atif , these 2 members of staff (at reception) were extremely helpful and kind Would defo recommend this hotel and will be rebooking this for future visits!"

"It was a great choice, I was landing at night, so I decided to stay a night at a hotel close by the airport. My sister and her kids checked in earlier and they had a blast. Great service and an amazing diverse and delicious breakfast we enjoyed the next morning together. I have to say, there was only one bit of detail worth mentioning, the frond desk lady helped me call the cab, but she did not mention using Bolt, which is a more expansive taxi service and forgot to mention that she also obviously chose the Comfort option which cost me more at least a 60% extra charge than the normal price. which was displayed on the meter when we arrived but the cab driver asked for more money than that. Overall, we had a nice short stay and enjoyed a late checkout to chill and recover from my trip. Thanks to Novotel Team for the delicious food variety."
