What a great hotel. View from room, food, staff, location. Walk straight from hotel onto the beach. Occasionally there is seaweed but it goes in a couple of days. Lot of activities and evening entertainment that finishes 12pm at latest. Blue app works well and is most to download.

Just returned from a 7 day holiday at the resort. If you want a resort that exceeds its current rating, this is it, at least that’s what we experienced. Having been to a higher rating TUI resort last yr in Morocco and felt robbed, this, well this made up for it. On arrival we were given a hot towel, cake and a cold refreshing tea whilst we completed the arrival form. We were shown to our room and bags were taken for us & the facilities explained. We arrived just in time for lunch, what a continuation of a great arrival, the food, we had read the reviews and found that everything they served from that first lunch to the end of our stay was fantastic and the cakes, the cakes are something else. If those cakes are not made in the kitchen, daily, I’d be shocked, sponge cakes were light as any good bakery in the U.K. to be honest the restaurant has a downside, it’s too much very good food, it really tested my self control. Even the snacks in the coffee bar rival any Greggs Sandwiches. Every staff member we encountered were absolutely amazingly friendly, attentive and professional. We heard about the wages in Tunisia being low, averaging £300 per month, no idea how much hotel staff get paid, having said that tipping is normal and we were happy to, staff appreciated it. Also we witnessed other guest leaving and giving staff small presents etc, we’d heard that many guests return many times, I’m not surprised, this really is a little gem of a place. Every staff member we met had worked full days for the 7 days we stayed, and they worked hard particularly in the restaurant, they deserve the tips. I wish l could’ve tipped the pastry chefs. We never had issues getting Sun loungers at the beach, most days we went down after breakfast around 9am, the pool never looked covered in towels, in fact most towels were placed and people stayed on them. Waiter service on the beach, seriously, never had that in Morocco. As soon as you arrive at a lounger staff came with cushions etc, followed by a waiter handing out bottled water. The rooms l expecting to be small from other reviews, honestly I thought they were good. On arrival there was a bottle of red wine, plate of fruit and figs, sparkling and still water in the fridge. Room service everyday, flowers placed on bed etc. The toilets around the resort, even near the beach had fresh flower petals around the basins etc, I’ve never seen a resort with so many cleaning staff lurking in the background and appear as soon as their needed. I’ve watched a discarded glass fill with ants over 7 days in a TUI 5 T resort in Morocco, this place, nothing, each parasol on the beach has a bin, the bins around the resort I’ve not seen one full, staff are on it with everything. The evening entertainment, best I’ve ever watched over many many yrs of dire hotel horror shows, this place, nothing compares. A fantastic hotel with fantastic staff. Loved every day of our 2 weeks. The rooms are spotlessly cleaned every day with beautiful sea views . The food is restaurant quality for breakfast lunch and dinner . The drinks are flowing the staff hate seeing an empty glass . We will definitely return . Jasmine was so professional when my wife needed her advice over a medical matter. A credit to her family and TUI . Thank you for a brilliant holiday

Where can I start from the moment we walked into Hotel you know you where in the right place the staff are friendly and helpful room was great and view too of the sea .Room cleaned and bed made daily with flowers on it most days I was traveling with my sister who has been before so she knew what to expect but I think she was impressed more this visit . Food was fantastic and good variety to meet everyone’s needs restaurant staff all fantastic the photos are the ones we had and I’m sorry I forgot their names . The most outstanding thing for me was the entertainment staff Brahim Katti Speedy Tito and Weal You all do an amazing job and made our holiday from the French boules to music bingo at night big thank you Hope to see you all again soon xx we also has spa treatment which was amazing too . Would defo book to go here again and would actually feel safe to go on my own ❤️

Arrived home last week very happy, relaxed and chilled, after an 11 night stay. Was our 4th visit to this hotel and for us, it is just perfect. All staff are amazing. Made our holiday very special. Special thank you to our morning and evening restaurant waiter. Can’t think of his name. He is a great guy and belly dancer. And Said our lunch time waiter. Food is so good. Compliments to the chefs. Entertainment at night was very good. Really enjoyed watching the shows (we don’t dance 😁). We just like to chill but there is a lot of activities if you want to take part. Entertainment team are great guys. Very clean everywhere. Our room cleaned to a high standard every day (lovely lady). Bar staff are also so amazing. Work so hard. Always remember your drinks. I think that there is something for everyone at this hotel. If you want to chill or be more active. If you don’t want to watch the entertainment you can chill in the upstairs bar. 2 chambre au 2eme.etage légèrement latéral à la mer. Attention après les 715, 718 etc vous êtes en vue latérale mer et vue face à l'hôtel d'à côté. PONTS POSITIFS - Plage privée et sécurisée par du personnel. Matelas tansats parasols - Piscine chauffée dans le patio. - Personnel tous les 10 mètres: serveurs, ménage, guest relation, animateurs etc. - Les repas incroyables. Cuisine faite maison et en direct devant vous a différents points chaud. Plats sans gluten ou sans lactose possibles. - Le petit déjeuner absolument gargantuesque avec oranges pressées en direct devant vous. - Grande efficacité des serveurs qui s'agitent constamment et veillent au moindre détail sur votre table (retirent les assiettes, apportent de l'eau, du vin). Une vigilance à souligner. Du haut standing. POINTS A AMELIORER... - Pas de toilettes à la salle de sport ni à proximité de l'esplanade de cours. - Cocktails préparés à l'avance dans des bouteilles de cristalline vides et stockées au frais. Peu de goût et énormément de sucre. - Isolation inexistante entre les portes de chambre et le couloir. Toutes les discussions résonnent jusque dans la chambre à n'importe quelle heure du jour ou de la nuit. - WC dans la SDB qui elle-même à une paroi vitrée sur la chambre.. donc la nuit vous allez aux WC et réveillez forcément votre conjoint pendant plusieurs minutes car il a la lumière en pleine face.... paroi vitrée ! - Insistance plus que malaisante du responsable du SPA qui veut constamment vous vendre des forfaits soins aux mêmes tarifs voire plus chers que chez vous en France... et quand on questionne les diplômes des masseurs, la réponse est floue... cela ne donne Pas confiance. Et l'insistance constante est gênante. - Femmes de ménage dans les couloirs de 7h à 15h, parlent, rient, claquent les portes ce qui vous réveille nécessairement. Impossible de dormir toute la matinée si vous êtes un peu malade par exemple, extrêmement bruyant. - Serviettes retirées de votre chambre vers 9h ou 10h et pas remplacées avant la pause déjeuner ce qui fait que si vous remontez de la piscine à 11h pour prendre une douche vous n'avez plus de serviette. On a interpellé la femme de ménage qui nous a dit " c'est normal je passe partout les récupérer et je les remets toutes plus tard (???..)". - Attention aux 3 à 4 desserts situés dans un mini frigo transparent avec etiquette VEGAN et SANS GLUTEN. Tout est mélangé et il est rare d'y trouver un dessert qui soit à la fois sans gluten et sans lactose. Lactose d'ailleurs donc dans un frigo étiqueté VEGAN... C'est soit sans gluten soit sans lactose mais rarement les 2 dans le même dessert malheureusement. Si vous êtes allergiques faites très attention et posez les questions. - Pas de salle intérieure pour les cours de sport en cas de pluie dehors.... cours simplement annulé s'il pleut, c'est dommage. - Manque de mise à jour tout au long de la journée sur l'application Tui qui vous donne l'heure des activités oû vous êtes inscrits.
