很不錯 酒店夠大 工作人員熱情 好helpful 而且有健身室及游泳池 雖然沒有時間體驗 但看起來很不錯 每日也有及時打掃衛生和補充需要的物品

Room was clean, big and nice city view. Their staff were super friendly & helpful. The room and the bathroom is spacious. Unfortunately, the shower water split outside bathtub & cannot drained properly. Luckily hotel staff managed to clean the floor immediately.

화려한 호텔 입구 외관에 비해 숙소 내부는 평범합니다. 가장 불편했던 점 2개가 있는데 하나는 화장실 샤워부스 물이 고이다 못해 샤워부스 밖으로 범람합니다. 나머지 하나는 침구류에 곰팡이 자국 많이 보입니다. 드라이어를 화장실에서 사용하면 전류 문제인지 출력이 떨어집니다. 들고 나와서 사용하시는걸 추천드려요. 방에서 인도네시아 특유의 향은 안납니다. 방음도 잘돼서 옆방에 사람이 있는지 없는지도 모를정도였어요. (엘레베이터에서 먼 방을 요청했음) 룸서비스 퀄리티는 나쁘지 않아요.(좋다는 말 아님) 모든 불편함을 차치할만큼 직원들이 정말 친절했어요. 특히 청소해주시는분들이 마주칠때마다 밝게 인사해주시고 요청사항(청소시간 정할때)을 잘 들어주셔서 불편함 없이 생활했습니다. 청소도 매일 해주셨어요!
