These guys are the worst to deal with. I contacted the property 14 days before we were set to go. Due to unforeseen circumstances we couldn’t attend. They refused to refund my funds. Had no care in the world of our situation and laughed at me about it not being their problem.

After having to change rooms because the dead bolt didn’t work, it didn’t get any better. The air outside smelled like sewerage. It began creeping into the room. The tub was dirty the linens were dirty. It use to be 100$ would get you a decent room not any more. We just wanted a good nights sleep after my sister was injured on a bike ride. Don’t stay here.

This was by far the worse room I have ever stayed in. If not being so late and so sick I would have moved on and tried to find another accommodation. When we checked in we were given a room upstairs in the main building. Upon entering the room we thought it must have been a joke. Both beds had been slept in, beer cans everywhere and towels in the bathroom floor. We went back to the front desk and he blamed his cleaners. He then gave us room 105 on the lower level of the building to the left of the main building. What can I say. Black mould in the curtains, sheets had stains on them, nothing was dusted, hair/dust bunny in back corner of bathroom door, toilet leaked every time you flushed, lamp shade dirty and dented, and in and on. But the worse thing was we found a pill next to the bed on the floor. We had our Labradoodle with us and the thoughts of him ingesting that scares me so much. Honestly we just travelled 15 hours and were sick and exhausted. Slept ontop of bedding. Left by 7am. There was no point of complaining on way out as they clearly had a sign stating you had 20 mins after checkin to get credited. Seems like they might have this happen a lot.

This place is a complete dive, the website/booking websites do a marvelous job of covering that up. The buildings are practically falling down, the rooms are strange, dark and patched together. Paintings hung crooked, old fixtures torn out and poorly mended, bathroom door did not close properly. I would say this place had its hay-day in the 80s, and has been 'propped-up' ever since. When we arrived, they gave me a key card for a room that was already taken. When I told them it was occupied, they didn't believe me. My wife and I walked in on a man sleeping and watching television (which was how I knew it was likely occupied...) I then had to wait in the cold, at night (traveled for 36 hours until this point by the way...) while the clerk waited on other customers before they gave us a new room, which was a complete waste of money. Trust me, you can do better.

L'extérieur de l'hôtel n'est pas beau et il y a des bâtiments qui sont actuellement en travaux. Un peu partout dans l'hôtel, il y a des choses cassées qu'il faudrait réparer. Parfois aussi, des traces de saleté. Néanmoins, hormis des traces de moisissures sur le joint en silicone du bain, la chambre était propre et la décoration agréable. On voit que certaines choses sont récentes. La literie était excellente et bien propre. C'est dommage de ne pas être plus sérieux dans les réparations alors que le prix n'est pas donné. This was not the best place to stay. My room had a broken shower curtain rod that was hanging out of the wall above the tub. Needless to say, the shower was quickly ended when this was noticed. If the room had been properly maintained, this hazard wouldn't have occurred. In addition, the breakfast area was very disappointing. I had to ask someone to refill the coffee pot, as well as the waffle batter. Also, there was no syrup available for the waffles. I informed the desk clerk the next morning, when I was checking out, of the shower curtain rod issue as well as the missing items in the breakfast area . She said that she would inform the manager (who was not there then) who would contact me. It wasn't until 2 days later, after I submitted a review to Choice Hotels, that I received an email from the manager. I would not recommend staying here.
