"The room was dark and cozy, making it easy to sleep well. However, I was awakened around 8 AM by the sound of a vacuum cleaner operated by the staff, though my partner wasn’t disturbed. The tatami-style bed was comfortable, providing a unique and relaxing experience. The hot shower, however, required letting the water run for about five minutes before it warmed up—a surprise when the receptionist informed me. When I questioned whether this was wasteful, he simply responded, ”It is what it is,” explaining that the heater is located on a high floor. Overall, I was satisfied with the stay, but considering the price paid, it didn’t feel cheap. The breakfast options were somewhat limited, and by the time I arrived, the nasi lemak was nearly finished. A little more variety and better replenishment would have been appreciated."

"I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It’s near to a lot of places and it’s convenient for me to travel from one place to another. There are free parking spots for guests. Those who use EV transports, the hotel has the charging section. Next, the lobby looks modern and you can get free coffee too. I love their mocha! I drank that for a few times 😂 They also have water dispenser next to the coffee machine, so you can just fill up your bottles. If you would like to buy anything, the supermarket is just next to the hotel. There are trolleys and elevator provided. Iron are provided at the aisle. If I’m not mistaken there were 4 irons on one level, should be enough for everyone. The room is spacious. Mattress and pillows are super comfy. Fridge and safety box are provided too. Water pressure is great. I think they install 2HP aircond in the room and you would be more than fine with that. The 2 things that they are lack off would be the internet connection and the TV channels. Internet line might be less stable but nothing can be done as the internet provider has issues with that area. Overall, I enjoyed my stay so much that I plan to comeback soon. Thanks to the staff for the hospitality. They are friendly and very helpful."
