Ho soggiornato in questo resort convinto dalle 5 stelle e dalle foto accattivanti, ma la realtà è stata tutt’altra. A voler essere generosi, il servizio è da 2 stelle. La camera veniva pulita solo nel tardo pomeriggio e, incredibilmente, ci hanno ritirato gli asciugamani sporchi senza fornirne di nuovi “perché erano finiti”. Inaccettabile per un resort che si definisce di lusso. L’animazione era scarsa, mal organizzata e poco coinvolgente, sembrava improvvisata. Nessuna vera programmazione o attenzione agli ospiti. Il peggio però è stato l’atteggiamento del personale del villaggio: sembrava che l’unico scopo fosse venderci qualsiasi cosa — massaggi, escursioni, trattamenti — sempre a prezzi gonfiati solo perché eravamo turisti. Un comportamento insistente e scorretto che ha rovinato completamente l’atmosfera di relax che ci aspettavamo. TripAdvisor dovrebbe seriamente riconsiderare il rating di questa struttura: è una delusione su tutta la linea. Non torneremo mai più e lo sconsigliamo vivamente.

An Unforgettable Stay The hotel was absolutely amazing, and the staff made our holiday truly special. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away—the reception area is stunning. Elegant, welcoming, and beautifully designed, it gave us an instant feeling of luxury and comfort. Mahmoud at reception greeted us with a huge smile. He was warm, kind, and full of positive energy. The check-in process was smooth and friendly, and it really set the tone for the rest of our stay. Reda is the king of hospitality—so helpful, kind, and sincere. Room 1211 was beautiful, with stunning views. It was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Our cleaner was a hero—so kind and thoughtful. Every day the room felt fresh and looked perfect. The food was delicious, the pools were fantastic, and the animation team kept everyone smiling. We especially loved the foam party—it was a real highlight! The hotel grounds are breathtaking and so well cared for. It’s just a short walk to the beach—clean, peaceful, and lovely. You can go snorkeling straight from the shore and see lots of colourful fishes. The lifeguards are brilliant too—they’ll even help you find a sunbed and set it up for you with a smile. Every single staff member works so hard and does it with a smile. The slogan says it all: It’s all about your happiness—and it really is true. We already miss the place and can’t wait to return. Everything is good the rooms the service the restaurant the hotel the food the beach the receptionists all of them are good special Mr. Reda, Mr. AbuAlsoaud , Mr. Haitham and Mr. Tamer. All of them are helpful and very kind people i advise you to visit it one day.

The staff were so welcoming and the animation team was amazing full of energy and fun always engaging guests with activities and shows great vibes beautiful beach and unforgettable memories can’t wait to come back
